      Meg is a licensed Massage Therapist since 2009 and a registered 500-Hour Yoga Teacher. When it comes to stretching, Meg helps individuals find their guidance to grow internally and to heal the body through deep inner breath work. She shows how functioning with the mind and body together can help educate, inspire, and develop discipline throughout one's life. Meg graduated from Oregon State with a Bachelor’s in English and a minor in Writing. When Meg is not at StretchLab, she is enjoying her time outdoors and traveling with her partner.       Carly was born and raised in Bend and enjoys everything that our beautiful community has to offer. She is a CrossFit and USA Weightlifting coach. Her love for fitness and movement started when she was a young gymnast. After a brain surgery and medical discharge from the Navy, all she wanted to do was get back to the gym for her physical and mental health. She found the sport of Olympic weightlifting in Georgia and shortly after started competing nationally. Stretching had been very important for her because it allowed her to recover and live life in a body without restrictions. On the bench, she shares her passion and knowledge for mobility and functional movement with clients. Carly's Background: Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit.       Estelle has been a certified personal trainer since 2019 and started her work as such after teaching Kindergarten in China for 6 years. While she is no longer teaching children, she still loves to infuse the educational element in to her work with her clients so that they can develop appreciation for and understand their body more deeply. She loves it when people have “aha” moments for why their body moves and feels the way it does. She often fuses her knowledge of not just the physical body but also how emotions and everyday stress can take a toll on the body and how you can work through it with stretching, mobility, strength, and breath. When Estelle is not at StretchLab you can find her at the gym, coaching clients, studying Mandarin, or anywhere outdoors with her golden retriever.       Kelsey has always practiced and advocated for a holistic way of living. She is a firm believer in taking your health back into your own hands and stretching is just one of the ways to begin that journey. This mindset led Kelsey to get her 500hr yoga certification and eventually a degree in Kinesiology. "Movement is truly medicine." She looks forward to meeting you all, as you are, on her bench. When Kelsey is not at StretchLab you will find her chasing around her rambunctious toddler, furthering her education, and enjoying Bend and all the activities it has to offer. Kelsey's Background: Kinesiology, Child & Family Yoga, Vinyasa, Pre/Post-Natal Yoga, Reiki, Group Fitness. Kelsey's Degress/Certifications: 500hr YTT. Group Fitness Certification - ACSM.       Jeska studied as a researcher, conducting studies on human performance and stress. She is passionate about human physiology and biomechanics, focusing on the mind-body connection and a holistic approach. She enjoys helping people reach peak performance and improve daily functional movements to create a better life. As an avid hiker, skier, climber, cyclist, and backpacker, she loves to share the value and importance of regular stretching for injury prevention, recovery, and improving sports performance. Additionally, she enjoys training, volunteering for search and rescue, and reading science journals.       Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
