I have my Bachelor's in Health Science as well as a Master's degree in Athletic Training. I’ve taken numerous Anatomy and Physiology classes, as well as General Medicine. With over 600 clinical hours and being immersed in the field as an Athletic Trainer for more than a year, I have learned different ways to target specific areas of concern and improve mobility and flexibility. I have been an athlete for as long as I can remember. I ran competitively for a Division 1 college, my races were anywhere from the mile to the 10K. I believe stretching as well as injury prevention are fundamental skills needed to not only do well, but more importantly feel your best. Athlete or not, quality of life is important and I am passionate about helping others feel their best. At Stretchlab anyone is welcome. We all have personal goals but we are also all working towards the same end goal which is overall wellness! When I’m not working, I love spending my time with family and playing with my son, always on the go!

My passion for health and wellness started in high school when I began playing sports. I went from completely sedentary to playing field hockey and track&field all year round. This self growth inspired me to help others reach their full potential too; starting college I enrolled in Exercise Science and graduated with my associates degree as well as an ACE certification in Personal Training. I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2017, and a stretch service provider since august of 2021. In my experience the clients who have a stretch routine, perform better during exercise, have less muscle soreness and overall better quality of life. No matter where you’re at in your wellness journey stretchlab is here to get you moving better and feeling better!

I have an Associate’s degree in Health & Fitness as well as personal trainer certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and a nutrition coach certification through NASM. Having two years of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, it brings me joy to have helped so many clients achieve their health and fitness goals. My passion for fitness began from parental influence at an early age. My parents have always been fit and fond of the active lifestyle. It was only a matter of time before I got into it. As a kid, I went to track & field championships - high jump was my specialty. However, after a tragic accident caused by poor form, I found myself going to the surgery room and saw a lot of physical therapy in my future. I realized that being fit is just part the story; if your body doesn’t move the way it’s intended to, you’re bound to get injured - maybe immediately, maybe decades down the line. Stretching is such an important aspect of fitness, such a useful tool for preventing injuries and improving quality of life, but it is often overlooked. At StretchLab, we combine the latest stretching techniques and top-of-the-line instruments to provide a high-quality service to all our members, and help them achieve their goals as safely and effectively as possible.

Being active has been a huge part of my life. Either playing sports, running around outside as a kid, or even going for a walk after dinner, movement has always played a major role in my life. So much that I wanted to study it while in college. I got the opportunity to attain my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology followed by getting my Master's in Exercise & Sport Science. Throughout my time in school, my eyes were opened at all of the amazing things the human body can do and endure. From lifting over 1,000 pounds (from a dead stop), understanding how our body uses food to create energy, to simply how the body is supposed to move and how stretching can aid with overall movement. No matter your age, StretchLab is here to help you get started on your wellness journey or to help you recover properly for athletic excellence.

I am excited to be joining the stretchlab team working to help people on their fitness and wellness journey! A recent Summa Cum Lade Graduate of Point Park University, I followed my love of dance and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, with concentrations in Ballet and Modern, as well as a minor in Biology. I am currently dancing with NSquared Contemporary Dance Company and have studied with professional companies such as BalletX, Alonzo Lines, Boston Dance Theater, and Joffrey Ballet. I am a certified Functional and Mat Pilates Instructor, Dance Instructor and Choreographer at various studios around NH and MA, and am the Assistant Coach to the Bedford Bulldogs Adaptive Cheer Team. I graduated from Dean College with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a Bachelor’s in Dance. I have been active my entire life between dance, soccer, basketball, and many other sports. I have experience in both athletic training and physical therapy settings, and hope to pursue physical therapy in graduate school sometime soon. Stretching a great way to improve mobility, reduce pain, recover from soreness, and generally feel better. I would recommend anyone who is interested in moving and feeling a bit better to come try out an Intro stretch! Outside of work I love weightlifting, dancing, cooking, and spending time with my family.

I am a 200 RYT, Certified Indra Biomagnetism Emotion Protocol Practitioner, and Energy Healer. My journey into living a healthier and happier life started with Yoga almost 20 years ago and has changed me daily ever since. It is a path that opened up all the doors for me to enter the world of healing. I am excited to partner with Stretchlab to bring a different level of physical healing into our local area. I believe that movement and breath hold the keys to living our best selves. When we allow ourselves to slow down - breathe and be - we are able to change not just how we see the world but how we feel as we move through it.

I have enjoyed athletics my entire life whether it be coaching a variety of high school and youth sports to playing Division 1 football and track throughout my college career. I found that flexibility has been a key component to top performance and avoiding injury. I received a teaching certificate in physical education and spent over 20 years helping students to learn about the importance of health and to improve themselves as athletes. Working at StretchLab allows me to continue following my passion for helping others to thrive by maximizing their health.
