      General Manager
      Danny has been in the fitness and wellness fields for nearly 20 years with a great depth of experience in orthopedic assessment and movement screening, corrective exercise, muscle activation techniques, primal reflex release technique, muscle energy techniques, PNF as well as others. His degree is in Exercise Science and Sports Management from Lewis University in the Chicago area. He also has a background in metabolic wellness and is trained as a clinical hypnotherapist, HeartMath Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety and Emotional Regulation and in Neurolinguistic Programming. He is also trained in a modality called Holographic Memory Resolution to support clients in healing trauma. He has a background in painting and drawing and enjoys functional fitness, soccer and hiking trails in the Asheville area.

      David Mitchell enjoys sharing his passion for health, wellness and the exploration of movement through a variety of modalities. A licensed practitioner of orthopedic bodywork & acupressure therapy for 20 years, he enjoys supporting active lifestyles. Additionally, he holds a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and is a certified instructor in Wudang Taiji, Qigong, Daoist meditation and yoga. His passion for movement potential and body awareness began outdoors with hiking and biking, and continued unfolding through team sports, dance and the exploration of various martial art disciplines. As a martial arts instructor and tactical coach, David stands to empower others by integrating wellness and cultivation with mindful movement. “Space creates life. As the body becomes more pliable, so does the potential for change and possibilities.” Hobbies include painting, card tricks, poetry, shooting and dog training.

      Originally from Iowa, Travis has called Asheville home for the past three years. His journey into wellness began after a successful career as an engineer, where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Transitioning from engineering, Travis founded a successful boutique gym chain, expanding to four locations and integrating innovative programs such as personal training, nutrition coaching, small group training, martial arts, kids kickboxing, and even urban farming. Travis's dedication to holistic health led him to become a licensed massage therapist which included modalities like sensory repatterning TuiNa (Chinese Medical Massage) Thai massage and NMT (Neuro-Muscular Therapy). Along the way he also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. His journey with fitness began early, as he was invited at the age of 19 to train full-time at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, after winning multiple national Olympic Style Taekwondo tournaments. He represented the USA at prestigious events including the USA-Korea Goodwill Championship in Seoul, Korea, the U.S. Open in Colorado Springs, and others. Beyond his professional achievements, Travis enjoys hobbies such as hiking, mountain biking, and gardening. He finds joy in playing with his cats and is passionate about studying longevity and wellness practices.

      Health and wellness has always been a passion for Sarah. She has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry as well as several years of experience working as a certified personal trainer and group excercise instructor. On top of her fitness experience, she has a bachelor degree in social work. In the past, Sarah has worked in homeless services where she developed strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the importance of mental health. Beyond her professional experience, Sarah has been working on her own mobility and is a big believer in PNF as she has seen the benefits on herself. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her two cats, hiking, mountain biking, camping, as well as exploring the world of aerial arts.

      Skyler Wilds is a somatic practitioner and movement teacher with over a decade of experience in therapeutic embodiment practices. His background in yoga, mindfulness-based somatic therapy, and integrative movement modalities informs his approach to supporting mobility and body awareness. Trained in multiple yoga disciplines, the Hakomi method, meditation, and breathwork, Skyler brings a deep understanding of movement and relaxation techniques. As a Flexologist at StretchLab, he focuses on helping clients improve mobility, release tension, and feel more connected within their bodies. Outside of work, Skyler enjoys spending time in nature, often hiking with his wife, their four-month-old daughter, and their dogs.

      Kimberly Hauer is a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist from New York, where she attended CUNY gaining her degree in applied science and obtained her initial license to practice. Kimberly relocated to North Carolina in 2020 seeking fresh air and a closer connection to nature. Since then she has joined the diverse Asheville wellness community providing Integrative Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, Reiki, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Breathwork & Coaching. She has worked in spas, clinics, gyms, a pilates studio, and opened Hauer Power Holistic™ in downtown AVL in 2024. Kimberly has a passion for Eastern Medicine and a background in martial arts and yoga. Her training and experience with Yee's Hung Ga International Kung fu Association from 2006 - 2011 influenced her understanding of body mechanics and movement flow. In her free time, Kim enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, snowboarding, and simply being outdoors. Having experienced sports injuries, trauma, and the process of recovery, she aims to embody empathy & kindness into all of her work with a focus on relational safety. “My goal is to facilitate empowerment through somatic education. I believe equally in science and the human spirit.”

      Elijah is originally from Jacksonville, FL and has a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and helping others feel their best. He holds a degree in Exercise Science and has hands-on experience working in personal training settings, supporting clients as they build strength, improve mobility, and reach their wellness goals. Elijah takes a supportive and individualized approach to fitness and is currently preparing to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree to further his ability to help people move better and live healthier lives.

      Ryan was born in Southampton, New York, but grew up in Raleigh, NC. He moved to Asheville this year. Ryan started his health and fitness journey at a very young age, focusing on bodyweight fitness, Taekwondo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and healthy eating. As soon as he got a gym membership, he began loving fitness even more. His sports background includes martial arts, ice hockey, lacrosse, and powerlifting. Ryan attended East Carolina University with the intention of becoming an engineer, but he found an interest in exercise physiology and biomechanics. He soon realized he had a strong passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals and wanted to become a personal trainer. Ryan is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

      Sydney, coming from Texas has a deep passion for bodywork and wellness. As a former college athlete, he understands the importance of movement, recovery, and maintaining optimal physical health. With initial experience in massage therapy, he is committed to helping clients improve flexibility, reduce pain, and achieve their wellness goals through the exploration of various bodywork modalities. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys getting outside, exploring new places, practicing flow arts, slack-lining, and playing basketball. His active lifestyle fuels his passion for helping others move better and feel their best.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.
