      I am a licensed massage therapist, and I’ve practiced the art of massage therapy since 2014. Learning and growing as an individual, and a therapist since I’ve received my license. I’ve worked in the health and wellness industry my entire existence as an LMT, obtaining certifications as a Chiropractic Assistant, and recently finishing and receiving my Physical Therapy Technician degree in August of this year. Utilizing the necessary skills I’ve learned as a Flexologist to enhance body awareness, promote relaxation, and stimulate healing through professional stretching, educational touch, and care.

      I come from a background in Sports Performance Coaching specializing in Olympic Weightlifting and Human Biomechanics. I believe mobility is imperative for optimal performance and injury prevention, whether that’s in the gym, on the field, or just in every day life. Being a Flexologist at StretchLab has allowed me to share my passion for human movement with our diverse clientele and help them work toward their goals! If I’m not at StretchLab or the gym, I enjoy watching Hockey, Formula 1, and searching the Valley for the perfect cup of coffee.

Throughout my fitness journey, trial and error taught me there was no easy way to get to your goals. I learned knowlege is power and now as a certified Flexologist, I plan to use my best efforts to help you get to your best self!

      I’m Tyann, born and raised here in Arizona! I have been a Personal Trainer for close to 2 years now, but I’ve always enjoyed being active & moving my body! In my free time I love to go on hikes & brunch with friends, take Yoga classes, and sun bathe by the pool ! My goal is to help other people adopt healthy habits that become beneficial to their quality of life:)

      Hi! I'm Kiana, a recent transplant from Florida. I love basketball, boxing, hiking, board games and cooking. My favorite food is buffalo wings with blue cheese but I am trying to live a more plant based lifestyle. So I am currently on a quest to find the best vegan wings in the Valley. Passionate about self care and recovery, I practice yoga daily and am a licensed massage therapist. My goal is to inspire and work with others to build a sustainable self care practice for their mind, body and soul.

I’m a Southern California native that came out to Phoenix for school, recently graduating from ASU, but decided to stay here in the Valley. I’m a huge LA sports fan and a big foodie always looking for the best hidden gems in Phoenix.

      Hello! My name is Christian Bermudez and I come from a background in kinesiology, specifically in athletic performance and helping understand how the body moves. I have played soccer almost all my life and I love running! Since joining StretchLab, I have been lucky to share my knowledge and help educate my clients on how to dictate what the body is telling us and what it needs to feel better. Being actively involved in sports from an early age helped guide me to eventually pursue my degree in human movement and it’s one of the easiest decisions I’ve made. I come from a Colombian background so I’m very excited to explore different cultures and see what we have in common!

      Hi, I'm Alex and I was born and raised in Anthem, Arizona. The past 3 years, I've worked in the Physical Therapy world but wanted ton expand my horizons in the world of stretching. In my free time, I love to travel as much as possible. I also love to do any form of exercise whether it be weightlifting or hiking. I hope to get to know you and assist you with a stretch soon!

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      HELP YOUR FRIENDS MOVE BETTER

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
