      Riley graduated from Lake Superior State University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with a concentration in rehabilitation sciences and a minor in psychology. During her time at Lake State, she was a college athlete on the Track & Field team as a high jumper and mid distance runner. Riley recently graduated with her Master’s in Applied Exercise science from Ashland University. Outside of StretchLab, Riley uses her ACSM certification to train adults and young athletes as a sports coach and fitness instructor. Most recently, Riley was promoted to Lead Flexologist at Ann Arbor West.

      Preet is a fitness professional and holds a NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification and is also a Certified Nutrition Coach. Her instructor journey began by instructing fitness courses in spin, strength training, and yoga at a local boutique fitness studio in Ann Arbor. Preet loves meeting and helping people in their wellness journey. Having spent several years improving her personal fitness and form, Preet understands the importance of stretching and maintaining flexibility to improve your quality of life and workout recovery as we all age gracefully.

      Olivia’s journey into fitness began at a young age when she started playing basketball. Continuing to play all the way throughout high school, she also played volleyball and ran track. Olivia still tries to get out and play as often as she can! After high school, Olivia attended the University of Michigan, receiving her Bachelor's of Science degree in Athletic Training. It was at UofM where Olivia worked as a student Athletic Trainer, and earned her Master's of Science in Sport Management. Outside of StretchLab you will find Olivia with her nose in a book!

      Rafael is a dedicated fitness enthusiast with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Michigan University. In his collegiate years, he was a student athlete, and is now a Certified Personal Trainer. Rafael has years of experience in the sports medicine industry as a rehabilitation professional at multiple physical rehabilitation sites within Michigan. Rafael has personally experienced the benefits of prioritizing mobility and flexibility training while performing at a high level. His skills in guiding individuals towards improving their fitness and wellness goals has provided Rafael with valuable firsthand knowledge in enhancing physical function through various techniques. His main goal always being to enhance mobility, flexibility, and functionality in the body.

      Lucy is a certified yoga instructor, and has extensive background in dance and golf. She graduated from Aquinas College in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance. During her time at Aquinas, she also played for the golf and dance team there. Her background in athletics as well as her deep understanding in fundamentals of stretching has made her a great addition to the StretchLab team, and can help clients with many different backgrounds to find the best stretching routine for their personal process. Lucy also enjoys being active in the outdoors, music, and spending time with her loved ones.

      Henna is a first generation DEI advocate and is a Master’s Graduate in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan. Henna is a leader, a team player, and a fearless advocate for women in sports and fitness for all. Henna has many different skills from exercise & sports science, exercise physiology, physical therapy, and sports management. Aside from all that, Henna values her ability to relate and interact with clients in an interpersonal manner. Her ability to combine people skills with technical expertise ensures that you’ll have a professional, relaxing and well rounded experience!

Currently pursuing her Master’s Degree at Eastern Michigan University for Exercise Physiology. Kiara enjoys helping people to feel their best, and is very excited to apply her extensive knowledge to create an incredible experience with every stretch!

      Cameron is a 15-year Corrective Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Cameron has always had an obsession with helping people move and feel better to get the most out of life. He enjoys playing hockey and spending time with his two boys. His experience and background carries into his passion of wanting to improve his client's overall health and wellness.       Dylan’s passions lie in helping individuals accomplish their health and fitness goals. He is a tenured fitness enthusiast with over 6 years of personal training experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Trine University. Dylan comes with experience in the sports medicine and strength & conditioning fields, with a primary focus on helping athletes rehabilitate and/or optimize sports performance. Dylan’s personal athletic background consists of soccer, wrestling, football, and mixed martial arts. Outside of StretchLab, Dylan loves working out, cooking delicious food, and working on projects. His personal and professional experience has taught him that flexibility and mobility are just as important as any other health related component. With StretchLab, Dylan is dedicated to helping you pursue your goals with a customized plan.

      Solomon's fitness journey started at a young age through team sports and continued into his adult years as he became a collegiate athlete. Currently in his senior year at Eastern Michigan University, Solomon is a football player and student. Fueled by his own fitness and passion, he added a personal training certificate from NCFS and hopes to continue expanding his fitness knowledge and expertise. A talented athlete and trainer, you are sure to love working with Solomon to improve your mobility and flexibility.

      Catrina has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a double minor in Psychology and Sign Language. Catrina also has an Associate’s Degree in Sign Language Interpreting. Catrina was a competitive gymnast for 16 years. Now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 5 years experience as a Physical Therapy Tech. In her free time, you will either find her hiking in the woods, paddle boarding on a lake or expanding her knowledge base by reading. Catrina is excited to help you obtain your health and fitness goals through assisted stretching!

      Benjamin is a retired United States Army veteran with 22 years of dedicated service. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Benjamin’s journey in fitness and wellness has been shaped by his extensive military background and passion for helping others achieve their health goals. He is attending Washtenaw Community College, working towards becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant. Benjamin’s experience and dedication to fitness have given him a deep understanding of the importance of flexibility and maintaining an active lifestyle. He is excited and dedicated to assisting clients in enhancing their mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. Benjamin enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and staying active in his free time.

      Cairo began her fitness journey in elementary school, where she developed a passion for competitive sports, excelling in both basketball and track. Cairo was a D1 track athlete at Eastern Michigan University, where she earned a degree in Exercise Science. After college, she enlisted in the Army, maintaining peak physical condition throughout her service. In 2021, Cairo became a certified personal trainer, and by 2022, she had also become a certified Flexologist. Elevated to the role of Master Flexologist in June 2023, she now trains new Flexologists across Michigan, a responsibility she cherishes deeply. Over the past two years, Cairo has dedicated herself to helping people enhance their flexibility and mobility. Her experience working with diverse body types and disabilities has made her a highly versatile and skilled Flexologist. No matter the challenge, Cairo has a stretch that can help. She looks forward to seeing you in the studio!

      Matt is currently in Graduate School working towards his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Concordia University. He played baseball in undergrad at Carthage College where he majored in exercise and sports science. Outside of school and work Matt enjoys golfing, working out, playing sports and following Chicago sports teams. He is looking forward to helping people improve their overall quality of life and build new and lasting habits.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
