      I have been working to support people in their health and wellness since 2005. As a doula and childbirth educator, I made my way to pre and postnatal exercise, discovering a love for personal training and supporting anyone and everyone wanting to be healthier and feel their best. I am a Master Certified Health Educator (MCHES) with a Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion and Education, a Certified Personal Trainer, and an RYT500 registered yoga instructor. Beyond the studio, I enjoy Crossfit, love doing anything outside, especially if I’m on my paddleboard. I equally love hanging out with my family, plants and animals. If I’m not talking health and fitness, I’m probably talking coffee, my other favorite thing. I love what we do at StretchLab and how we are able to support everyone who is trying to learn how to better take care of themselves and their bodies. I am here to help you find balance in your own body and be confident in your ability to take care of it.

      My name is Roger. I am an experienced Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach with over a decade of training in both areas. I coach a variety of youth sports and pride myself on attention to detail with every client and athlete I work with.

      Nicole is our highly skilled LEAD FLEXOLOGIST. I began my fitness journey over 28 years ago when I started training in martial arts. Over the years I have earned a 6th degree black belt in Taekwondo and a 4th degree black belt in Hapkido. I teach taekwondo and hapkido to students of all ages and abilities. In 2019 I received my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). As a personal trainer I help people of all ages set and reach goals regarding their health/fitness and enhance their motivation to never quit. I also teach Silver Sneakers classes at the YMCA focusing on fitness and health for seniors. I am excited to bring my martial arts, personal training, and group fitness skills full circle with my work here at Stretch Lab. Here I will be able to use the new skills that I have learned to assist more people in attaining their fitness and health goals in an upbeat and practical way.

      I have pretty much been in to health and fitness my whole life. I started competing in bodybuilding shows in my 40s and the retired from the sport after I turned 50. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and have been training clients for the last 3 years

      Kara is a Flexologist, NASM certified personal trainer and highschool Volleyball Coach she is excellent when working with people of all levels. She focuses in on how to continually improve your body's ability to get the most out of life. She is eager to work with you!

      My name is Sheldon. I am a former Division 1 athlete from NC State University. I studied exercise science for many years and received my Bachelors degree in Sports Management. As a teammate and youth soccer coach, I have gathered different techniques on how to find one's rhythm of past/post exercise routines. Coming to StretchLab Anderson allowed me to further expand my professional fitness journey. My mission is to help others strive for max flexibility and comfort while reaching higher achievements within one's daily activities and lifestyle.

      I am Grady. I began my fitness journey in high school where I was a true-sport athlete. I achieved a Bachelors of Exercise Science from Morehead State where I was QB for the football team. I continue to play semi-pro for Cincinnati Dukes as we just won our 2nd National Championship. I am a sports performance trainer for youth to collegiate aged athletes. I became a Flexologist because I know how important stretching is in athletics as well as daily life. Many people don't realize the movements that you do each and everyday impact your body. I am committed to helping improve those movements and the longevity of your body. I am passionate about getting to know people, setting goals, then helping you reach your goals.

      My name is Justin. I have my Bachelors of Science specializing in Exercise Science and recently obtained my Massage Therapy license for state of Ohio. I have extensive background with athletics through college in which stretching was an integral part of keeping my body safe. I have a passion for using my educational background and personal experience to help others feel their absolute best!

      My fitness journey started in high school where I ran varsity track and cross country all four years. Upon graduating I joined the Army Infantry and followed that up with work as a Firefighter / EMT in Cherokee Country, GA. For the last 3 1/2 years I have worked as a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and managed a gym as well. I find a tremendous amount of satisfaction in helping people of all ages and fitness levels take their performance to the next level. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
