      Rachel graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Kinesiology. She is certified in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute and has worked as a Multi-Dimensional Movement Coach helping athletes to move better and pain free in their daily lives. Outside of StretchLab, she also works as a Somatic Embodiment Coach and Energy Healer. In working with clients she likes to take a holistic approach that integrates the physical, emotional and energetic bodies to help release the tension that people hold onto.

      Daniel has a BA in Psychology and Sociology at UCSB, and is pursuing a Masters in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness Management from St. Mary’s College of California. He is a certified Low Back Specialist (NCSF), a Strength & Conditioning Coach and has a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do (Superior Martial Arts). He integrates diverse techniques into his stretching sessions which allows him to build deep, trusting relationships with clients at StretchLab. Daniel’s journey includes significant time spent traveling and learning various healing modalities with a native Medicine Man in Nayarit, Mexico. This global perspective enhances his ability to offer a balanced, holistic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. His holistic methods and diverse background ensure a comprehensive and personalized experience.

      Stephanie is a native New Yorker who graduated from SUNY Albany with a BA in Psychology. She has experience counseling seniors with mental illness, leading gentle fit, movement groups to help with their mental and physical recovery. Stephanie is a ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness certification that specializes in core-focused modalities: Pilates, Barre, Strength and Gentle Stretch Yoga. Stephanie consistently promotes the importance of physical activity, sports, stretching and recovery work to maintain health and wellness, elevated moods and positive mindsets. Now in her 50s, she is discovering the different stages of Active Aging and is dedicated to supporting adults in embracing the life changes that occur. Stephanie is a mom, likes to read, dance, stretch, swim, cook, bike, hike, travel, and play board games with her family in her free time.

      Donnovan has over 10 years of experience in personal training, specializing in corrective exercise, functional strength training, and mobility optimization. His focus is on helping clients improve movement quality, reduce pain, and enhance overall performance. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and has other certifications in Pre/Postnatal Training, Kettlebell Levels 1, 2, & 3, Trigger Point Therapy, FRC (Functional Range Conditioning), PN1 (Precision Nutrition Level 1) Donnovan completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University. His experience includes working with athletes, weekend warriors, and individuals recovering from injuries, helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their movement. Whether you want to prevent injury, recover from a tough workout, or simply move and feel better Donnovan is here to help you reach your goals.

      Isaiah blends a passion for movement with a background in problem-solving as a software engineer. With a keen eye for precision—whether in coding or customized stretch routines—he’s committed to helping clients optimize mobility and performance.

      Audrey has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Community Health from Tufts University, a Master’s in Public Health from UC Berkeley, and a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from SJSU. She is also trained in acupressure. Audrey went back to school to study occupational therapy after many years of fundraising and communications work for Bay Area nonprofit public health and health care organizations. She is passionate about helping people do the things they love to do. She and her husband raised two children in Alameda. When she’s not at the studio, you’ll find Audrey enjoying the great outdoors paddling outrigger canoe, hiking, or distance cycling.

      Rebekah is a dedicated massage therapist focused on aiding healing and relaxation. With over 15 years of emergency medicine experience as a first responder, she brings a calm demeanor and compassionate care to her practice. Alongside her medical background, she's an advocate for trauma-informed care. Recognizing the mind-body connection and the impact of stored trauma, she prioritizes creating a safe, supportive space for clients to heal. Her extensive background in trauma treatment, complemented by studies in neurolinguistic programming, has equipped her with a deep understanding of the intricate ways stress manifests in the body. This awareness extends to the profound impact of institutionalized and systemic racism and generational trauma, a crucial consideration often overlooked in wellness practices. Come prepared to release all stress on the bench with Rebekah!

      Devine is a Bay Area native with a dynamic movement practice blending Yoga Gyrokinesis, Silvestre technique, and Modern Dance. As a kinesiologist, she passionately supports and empowers others in discovering balance, strength, and growth. Devine teaches Children's dance at the Malonga Casquelourd Center for the Arts in Oakland and has a deep love of learning that keeps her work constantly evolving. As a dancer, she is still actively performing in the Bay Area and has traveled the world learning various modalities and techniques, which she eagerly looks forward to sharing.

      Lan's interest in health and fitness comes from her cultural, educational, and social experiences. Moving to America from Burma at the age of 12 allowed her to learn about the effects of exercising on one’s mental, physical, and psychological well being. Lan's curiosity around human body and movement grew, and she now has a degree in Kinesiology and is a certified personal trainer. Lan loves helping people release tension and gain range of motion in their body, as it is important for injury prevention. She's excited to meet you on the bench!

      Angie has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, specializing in exercise prescription. She is passionate about guiding individuals towards living better lives while learning to love the process of doing so. Her background includes invaluable time spent as a caregiver for individuals with dementia and other disabilities, where she honed her dedication to providing compassionate care, ensuring dignity, and upholding respect for those she served. Angie's journey with StretchLab helped her discover her true calling: improving lives through the transformative power of muscle relief. This experience reinforced her belief that easing tension in both the mind and body is essential for holistic well-being. StretchLab continues to be the perfect platform for her to help others find that balance and comfort in their lives. Outside the studio, she enjoys focusing on functional movement and lifting at the gym, as well as spending quality time with her beloved pets.
