      Ymar is a certified athletic therapist graduated from the University of Manitoba. He has a background in injury rehabilitation and exercise programming. As a student, Ymar has had the opportunity to work with several UofM sports teams and Athletic Therapy clinics within Winnipeg. In his spare time, Ymar can be found playing basketball, doing street photography, or learning a new song on the guitar. He looks forward to working and navigating through each client's fitness and wellness goals.

      Sydney is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. She is continuing her education at the University of Manitoba doing a Master of Occupational Therapy. Sydney trained professionally as a ballet dancer and acrobat for many years. Understanding the biomechanics of a body and how it is different for everyone allows Sydney to customize a stretch dedicated to every individual client. Along the journey, she has gone through many sports injuries. This gives her a unique courage to take on clients who deem themselves “unfixable”.

      Lead Flexologist
      As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS-NSCA) with a Master of Science in Kinesiology, Jasper is a practitioner and researcher. Beyond the kinesiology experiences, having lived and worked in multiple countries and industries gives Jasper a unique appreciation of how cultural, occupational, and personal variables may influence an individual’s perception of fitness and wellness.

      Jacqueline is a Certified Athletic Therapist who graduated from the University of Winnipeg. She has experience in clinical and field settings with a diverse clientele from the general population to high-performance athletes. Her passion is to help people feel their best physically and mentally. In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys going to the gym, playing pickleball, watching sports, hanging with friends, and trying new food.

      Flexologist
      Kaitlyn, born and raised in Winnipeg, is a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State university. She received a soccer scholarship to continue her soccer career while also earning a degree in health and sports science. Through her soccer career, she has dealt with previous aches and pains and now she can relay that knowledge by helping others. She is motivated to help others move their bodies freely and achieve a more comfortable lifestyle. Kaitlyn loves working out and spending time with family and friends.

      Originally from Chile, Mauricio graduated from the University of Manitoba with a major in kinesiology and a minor in biological sciences. For the last two years, Mauricio has been working with people living with cognitive and physical developmental disabilities and nervous system disorders like cerebral palsy, autism, and sclerosis. He has also participated in research analyzing the long-term Cardiorespiratory effects of Long-haul COVID-19, focusing on how the physiological systems interact during and after exercising. Mauricio likes to watch movies, read books, and hit the gym. He is a big fan of combat sports and never misses any UFC events.

      Raija is currently finishing her studies at the University of Winnipeg in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy. She has experience working with basketball, hockey, and football teams. She loves to play soccer and spend time with friends during her free time. She has dealt with many sports injuries and loves to educate others on injury prevention. Raija aims to help others feel their best and promote wellness and longevity.

      Lois graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy. Lois has worked with the Canadian Mennonite University Soccer and Futsal teams, and with the University of Winnipeg Wesmen Men’s basketball team. He has also worked in clinics that provide athletic therapy care for the general population and athletes. In his spare time, he likes to stay active, talk about sports, travel, and spend time with family and friends!

      Jacob is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with over five years of experience in the fitness world, specializing in flexibility, strength training, and tailored recovery techniques. Growing up, Jacob played football (VI Raiders) and club soccer, which sparked his passion for health and performance. He joined StretchLab to help clients feel stronger, move better, and achieve lasting results.
