But the most important part is the happiness she founds in helping and teaching people how to be aware of them body and take care of it. Constantly active, she accomplished to play professional soccer category 2018-2020. Currently feel drawn to nature touch and art.

      Jaime Mendoza, CPT and professional combat sports athlete. Jaime holds a certified personal trainer (CPT) certification and has over 8 years of experience working as a coach in both one on one and group settings. His love of fitness and martial arts, both accompanied by the struggles of injuries, pain and mental setbacks, has led him to find his profound curiosity and enthusiasm for movement of the human body, creating a path to healing and strengthening. Regardless of the goal, his aim is to help YOU become a better version of yourself each day

      Miles Jones - graduate from the HBCU oakwood university in 2024 where I majored in Fitness & Wellness and minored in health education. At school I played baseball for the Oakwood ambassadors and also participated in the health science club. My goal is to become an athletic trainer and also personal trainer. I am certified by Red Cross in CPR/AED and also certified for NASM in Performance Enhancement. I have got a lot of experience in sports medicine working under a lot of physical therapists and athletic trainers doing internships.l believe stretching is important because I have played sports all my life and it has shown me that stretching helps with overall performance and preventing injuries.

      Riki Clave is a big fan of endurance sports. He has finished multiple races, full distance ironmans, marathons and ultra trail marathons, he also failed a couple of them. He is very passionate and engaged in improving one's physical well being, improving endurance, preventive measures regarding injuries and overall performance during the big race. Riki also has a degree in physical therapy and is well versed with rehabilitation medicine. His focus is sports training and rehabilitation.

      Hi I'm Tom! I have a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Professional Studies from Montclair State University. I am a life long athlete as I played baseball, football, and basketball all my life. I continued my baseball career through college. As a life long athlete, I understand the importance and necessity to have a regular stretching routine. I also have experience working with young athletes for injury prevention and developing their skills. I also have experience as I worked at Pro Staff Physical Therapy and Jag Physical Therapy. In my free time I like to go on hikes, go to the gym, be on a baseball field, kickbox and watch sports. I have been work in the Morristown and now the Westfield location!

      Alyssa is excited to join Westfield Studio. She has a Bachelors in Exercise Science from Mercy University. She is also a ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, AFPA Pregnancy and Postpartum Fitness Specialist and a NASM Nutrition Coach. In her free time, she loves to be with her husband, her 6-month-old daughter and her dog Pablo. She also loves going to the gym and being as active as she can be. Let her help you reach your flexibility goals.

      Lazaro is a Nutrition Coach with a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from Rutgers University. He is passionate about helping others better themselves so that they can help others. All of us have issues that are difficult to deal with, but with the help of others, the issues become manageable. Throughout his career, he has worked with a diverse group of people from college athletes to the people who work a regular 9 to 5, all of which have their own unique problems which he is honored to help with. Educating others as well as guiding them towards healthier practices when it comes to fitness and nutrition not only helps them feel more confident and committed about reaching their goals, they will also feel encouraged to help others struggling in a similar path as well. Small acts of kindness and generosity influences others to do the same for others, and he believes these small influences over time with various people will result in positive change in friends, families, and communities. While Lazaro is taking time for himself, he is currently training in Muay Thai, go on short weekend trips with his significant other, and get into nerdy stuffy like video games.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
