Allie-Grace
Flexologist
Hi, I'm Allie-Grace. I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin–Baylor with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Clinical Studies. My career goals are rooted in helping others move, recover, and thrive—I’m passionate about strength training, recovery, rehabilitation, and body mechanics. Long-term, I hope to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, but in the meantime, I’m working toward certifications in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition to create a well-rounded foundation for supporting clients in their wellness journeys. I became a Flexologist because I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and inspired by helping people reach their goals. Assisted stretching is such a powerful tool for improving quality of life, and it’s rewarding to be part of that process. What I enjoy most is seeing clients leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and empowered to care for their bodies. Every session feels like a new puzzle, and I love finding ways to improve mobility and reduce discomforts. My favorite areas to work on are the hips and glutes, since they tend to hold so much tension from sitting, stress, and daily movement habits. Releasing those areas often creates the biggest sense of relief while also improving posture and mobility. Outside of StretchLab, you’ll usually find me taking spin classes, snowboarding, playing pickleball, or enjoying a good shopping spree. And a fun fact: I’ve rescued more animals than I can count—everything from hermit crabs to crows. If it blinks, breathes, or looks lost, I’ll probably try to save it (thanks to my very patient parents for always letting me bring home “temporary guests”).
