      Flexologists

      Rudy
      Rudy
      Flexologist
Hey! My name is Rudy. I graduated from Robinson High School and currently attend MCC to become a Physical Therapist Assistant, with the long-term goal of earning my DPT and working with a sports team. I also hold a personal training license, which allows me to combine fitness and rehabilitation in helping others reach their full potential. I love being able to help people become the best version of themselves, and one of my favorite parts of this job is building genuine relationships with clients. My favorite area to work on is the hips—since so many people struggle with tightness there, I enjoy helping them find relief and move more freely. Outside of StretchLab, you’ll usually find me in the gym, outdoors, or gaming. And here’s a fun fact: I’m a huge Star Wars fan!
      Caity
      Caity
      Flexologist
Hi! I’m Caity, a Gatesville High School grad who started nursing at Texas A&M/Blinn, finished my pre-nursing degree at Temple College, and am now at MCC working toward a degree in Physical Therapy. I’m certified in Nutrition, Personal Training, and Stretching through NASM, and my ultimate goal is to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I became a Flexologist because I love helping people feel better when they’re stuck or in pain. The best part of my job is connecting with clients and celebrating their wins—whether it’s easing tension, improving mobility, or just feeling great again. My favorite area to work on is the back, since it’s such a key muscle for daily life and lifting weights. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll probably find me soaking up the sun, playing video games, or watching anime. Fun fact: I was a varsity softball player and an all-state clarinet player in high school!
      Allie-Grace
      Allie-Grace
      Flexologist
Hi, I'm Allie-Grace. I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin–Baylor with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Clinical Studies. My career goals are rooted in helping others move, recover, and thrive—I’m passionate about strength training, recovery, rehabilitation, and body mechanics. Long-term, I hope to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, but in the meantime, I’m working toward certifications in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition to create a well-rounded foundation for supporting clients in their wellness journeys. I became a Flexologist because I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and inspired by helping people reach their goals. Assisted stretching is such a powerful tool for improving quality of life, and it’s rewarding to be part of that process. What I enjoy most is seeing clients leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and empowered to care for their bodies. Every session feels like a new puzzle, and I love finding ways to improve mobility and reduce discomforts. My favorite areas to work on are the hips and glutes, since they tend to hold so much tension from sitting, stress, and daily movement habits. Releasing those areas often creates the biggest sense of relief while also improving posture and mobility. Outside of StretchLab, you’ll usually find me taking spin classes, snowboarding, playing pickleball, or enjoying a good shopping spree. And a fun fact: I’ve rescued more animals than I can count—everything from hermit crabs to crows. If it blinks, breathes, or looks lost, I’ll probably try to save it (thanks to my very patient parents for always letting me bring home “temporary guests”).
      Auby
      Auby
      Lead Flexologist
Hello, I'm Auby. I’m a Baylor University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies and a minor in Sociology. I’m certified in adult and pediatric first aid/CPR/AED and basic life support, and I’ll be starting nursing school next fall to pursue my RN certification with a focus in cardiovascular care. I’ve always believed that movement is medicine—whether it’s running or stretching—and becoming a Flexologist lets me help others embrace that same idea. My favorite part of the job is celebrating client wins, big or small, from touching their toes for the first time in years to finishing a marathon! I especially love working on the trapezius and neck muscles, since they hold so much tension that no one really needs. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me hiking, paddleboarding, or running (I’ve completed two half-marathons and I’m training for another!). And a fun fact: I’ve been playing piano for 14 years and still try to make time to play whenever I can.
      Brenna
      Brenna
      Flexologist
Hi, my name is Brenna! I attended Texas A&M University, where I earned my B.S. in Kinesiology Dance Science with a minor in Choreography. While continuing my education, I also aspire to keep dancing and training in all styles. I became a Flexologist because I love helping people improve their lives and gain a better understanding of how their bodies move. My favorite muscle group to work on is the hamstrings—since they’re almost always tight, I enjoy helping clients release that tension and feel more flexible. Outside of StretchLab, I love dancing, hiking, and listening to music. Fun fact: my favorite season is fall! The weather is perfect, and I love all the outdoor activities that come with it.
      Devin
      Devin
      Flexologist
Hey there, I'm Devin. I graduated from West Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s in Health Science. My career goals in the health and wellness industry are to grow a platform that’s inclusive in the strength sports space—whether that’s as a coach, practitioner, or competitor. After leaving graduate school to pursue other opportunities, becoming a Flexologist felt like the perfect fit. I get to spend one-on-one time with people, show them how their body moves, and help them gain (or regain) body confidence. What I enjoy most is teaching clients where they can improve and watching them feel better after each session. My favorite areas to work on are the glutes and hips—since most people spend so much time sitting, those muscles hold a lot of tension, and helping release that feels great for clients (and honestly, I enjoy those stretches too!). Outside of StretchLab, I’m big into PC gaming, tabletop games like D&D, and playing Magic: The Gathering. Fun fact: my favorite animal is the ball python—they get their name because their defense mechanism is curling up into a little ball!
      Lanie
      Lanie
      Flexologist
Hello, I'm Lanie. I’m a Crawford High School graduate currently attending Nursing School at MCC. I hold a liberal arts degree and I am passionate about helping people improve their overall health and way of living. I was drawn to StretchLab because it combines my interest in the medical field with a hands-on way to help others feel their best. What I enjoy most about being a Flexologist is hearing client feedback and seeing how much better they feel after a stretch. My favorite area to work on is the neck, which helps release tension from the spine and leaves clients feeling completely relaxed. Outside of StretchLab, I enjoy working out, fishing, and a little downtime binge-watching—fun fact: I’ve watched the entire Dexter series five times in just a month and a half!
      Carsyn
      Carsyn
      Flexologist
Hi, my name is Carsyn. I graduated from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and I am working toward a career in physical therapy. My passion is helping people recover, move better, and feel stronger in their everyday lives. With a background in fitness and strength training, I love bridging rehab and performance—helping people not only heal but also reach new levels of mobility, strength, and confidence. I became a Flexologist because I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works and how even small changes can make a big difference in mobility and overall well-being. What I enjoy most is helping clients release hidden tension and seeing the immediate improvements in their posture, movement, and even mood. My favorite area to work on is the shoulders and upper back, since those muscles often carry the most stress—and improving them can provide instant relief and better posture. Outside the studio, I enjoy art, working out, and spending time outdoors. And here’s a fun fact: I love to sing!
      Graziella
      Graziella
      Flexologist
Hello, I'm Graziella. I graduated from McNeil High School in Austin, TX, and attended Blinn College. Over the years, I’ve earned several certifications, including Medical Interpreter, EMT-B, BLS, AED, Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer. My goal in the health and wellness industry is simple: to help and educate as many people as possible on how to improve their health and feel better about themselves. My own fitness transformation inspired me to become a Flexologist. I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness, and this role gives me the perfect balance of both—helping others while continuing to grow in the field I love. What I enjoy most is discovering which stretches work best for each client and tailoring the experience to their individual needs. My favorite area to work on is the lumbar, since strong lower back muscles make everyday movements like lifting, bending, and standing much easier. Plus, hearing clients say their back feels better after a stretch is the best reward! Outside of StretchLab, I enjoy cooking (always from scratch!), horseback riding, working out, and reading.
      Owen
      Owen
      Flexologist
Hello, I'm Owen. I graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Cell & Molecular Biology and I am certified in CPR/AED. My long-term goal is to become a Sports or Neurological Physical Therapist, with hopes of teaching and doing research in the future. I was inspired to become a Flexologist through my mom’s recovery after a stroke—seeing how her physical therapists helped her heal made me want to follow a similar path. What I enjoy most about stretching people is helping them walk away feeling lighter, more relaxed, and relieved of tension. My favorite areas to work on are the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings—stretches I’ve been doing since my basketball days, so they always feel a bit nostalgic to me. Outside of StretchLab, I love playing basketball, writing stories and poetry, reading, watching animated shows, and hanging out with friends—whether that means going on adventures or just staying in and laughing for hours. Fun fact: one of my big dreams is to be a published author in prose, poetry, and medical research!
