I’ve been a group fitness instructor for 7 years, with certificates in many different formats. Leading groups in everything from fasted paced “Turbo Kickboxing” to “Barre” a slower and more controlled, strengthen and lengthen workout. I love teaching and assisting in all types of fitness! Most of the Activities I enjoy doing involve my husband and 3 kids. We love swimming at our community pool and hiking the trails around our home. I LOVE to sing karaoke! StretchLab has opened me up to a brand-new way of helping people along their fitness journey. Assisted stretching isn’t like anything I have ever experienced before. The Atmosphere, the people it’s an amazing experience. Come see and feel the difference an assisted stretch can make!!

I graduated from Concordia University Irvine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Coaching. Before working for StretchLab, I was an intern for a Sports Medicine and Recovery facility where I worked alongside a Chiropractor and Stretch Specialist. I love being outdoors and getting miles under my feet. I grew up playing basketball and softball, and even ran cross country and track at a collegiate level. Being heavily involved in sports grew my interest in understanding how the body moves and the importance of recovery. One thing I love about StretchLab is the community it has built to stay connected with clients and educate them throughout their journey. Everyone deserves to move freely!

I graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Asian American Studies. I worked as a Physical Therapy Aide for about two years at an outpatient orthopedic clinic and a year and a half at an outpatient neurology clinic before becoming a Flexologist at StretchLab. I hope to use the knowledge I gained from these experiences to help individuals move better and to become pain free! I plan on pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the near future. After receiving my DPT degree, I hope to continue my education to become a Neurologic Specialist Physical Therapist. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games and cooking new and old recipes. I love StretchLab as I am able to help others achieve their mobility and flexibility goals both big and small.

I graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Kinesiology and a minor in Sociology. Before StretchLab, I was interning as a PT aide at an outpatient physical therapy clinic that specialized in sports and balance recovery. I also observed at an inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital on campus. Growing up, I played volleyball at Temecula Viper Volleyball and have had my fair share of injuries as a competitive athlete. I am a big sports person and love analyzing coaching styles and players' techniques. After going through my own physical therapy journey, I realized that I wanted to help people move and contribute to their journey of recovery. At StretchLab, I found that I have truly been able to help people feel better and continue to live a happy, healthier lifestyle. The atmosphere at StretchLab is always positive, and everyone has a similar goal to help people feel better in their own bodies!

I graduated from The Masters University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and competed in collegiate soccer. I had played soccer for 15 years of my life and enjoyed every moment of it. When I am not playing sports I enjoy going on hikes, working out, hanging out with my family, or trying different coffee shops. I am hoping with my background as a caregiver and Physical Therapy Aide at Loma Linda that I am able to help individuals achieve a better range of motion and improve their lives. I love working at Stretch Lab because it is an uplifting environment where the biggest blessing is helping others achieve their goals!

I am currently obtaining my Bachelors in Kinesiology this spring 2025 at California State University San Marcos. I have my Associates degree in Kinesiology and my personal training certification from San Diego Miramar College. I have been in the fitness industry for 2-3 years from personal training to athletic training. I am an intern at Mira Mesa High school for the Athletic trainer, I facilitate physical education programs to Schools K-12 in San Diego County , and Personal Training for all ages. Growing up I played basketball competitively and love to watch basketball, baseball and football on my off time.My favorite thing to do is spend time with my Son and Girlfriend at the beach enjoying the nice sunny weather. Being a Basketball player and getting injured frequently made me investigate more on how to prevent injury and promote recovery. Stretch Lab not only influenced me to take care of my health but for others. Being able to help everyone achieve their goals in mobility, flexibility, and day to day health has been a blessing.

I graduated from the University of California Riverside in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. I have been passionate about sports from a young age and practiced martial arts, cross country, and rugby before going in-depth with resistance training. During college, I worked as a NASM-certified personal trainer and loved helping people reach their physical goals. Post graduation, I set my sights on physical therapy, spent a year working in a clinic, and have been steadily working towards entering a DPT program. Mobility, exercise, and musculoskeletal health are crucial aspects of living a long and happy life, and stretch lab allows me to make a difference in these areas in the lives of others. Everyone deserves to have freedom of movement! In my free time, I love to work out, read, spend time outdoors, and hang out with my loved ones and dogs.

I’m a graduate from George Fox University in Oregon with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. I played football for 4 years during college so I gained a lot of experience in fitness, athleticism, and mobility. I love to play golf, workout at the gym, and go to the beach. I love StretchLab because I love making a positive impact in people’s everyday lives as we help them achieve their long term goals of pain relief, recovery, and mobility.

I attended Concordia University Irvine, where I received my Bachelors in Kinesiology with a Coaching Minor! I have 9 years (and counting) of experience in coaching cheer and tumbling. I have shadowing experience in strength and conditioning with different sports as well! I grew up doing competing cheerleading and stunt. As I began competing in college, I recognized the importance of assisted stretching. It is something that I praise and know the true benefits that it can have! When I found StretchLab, I was thrilled to be a part of something I positively believe in!

I'm a South Florida native, and traded sunshine for service, joining the United States Marine Corps which brought me to California. Now, I bring that same dedication and a deep appreciation for service to StretchLab along with my 5 years as a Personal Trainer. I really enjoy the camaraderie and collaboration of us teammates and the kindness we all show each other and every client.

I graduated from Cal State San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. I did an internship consisting of 90 hours at Stretch U. There I was given the opportunity to expand my knowledge about PNF Stretching and learn about the different modalities and techniques that are used to improve the overall muscles flexibility and strength. I am also a certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with NASM.I have always had an innate interest in fitness and health. I strongly believe that having a healthy body and mind will transcend every aspect of your life. In my free time I like to spend quality time with my four beautiful kids and my pets. I love to garden, read, listen to music, and dance. What I like about working at StretchLab is that I can share my skills and experience to assist people in their recovery and movement by helping them identify and meet their health goals. I also feel very fortunate to work with such great and talented coworkers that have different backgrounds and skills that I can learn from every day.
