Nathaniel grew up active and playing sports such as karate, jujitsu, and motocross. He was also the captain of a mountain bike team! He had previously broken both his wrists and had to get surgery on them. Once he had recovered from surgery, he wasn't able to race anymore and ended up turning his attention to fitness. He received his PT certification with specializations in body building, and now has his specializations from ISSA for personal training, body building, nutrition, and weight loss. Once he had started training other people and most importantly himself, he noticed how beneficial it is to stretch regularly to maintain not only muscle health but to improve strength and range of motion. He is very passionate about fitness and health, loves helping others, and loves socializing to make workouts more enjoyable in hopes to give them a positive outlook for a healthier lifestyle.
