Maria is both AFAA and ACE certified, a mindfulness coach with Alignment Essentials, holds a black belt in several fighting arts and has additional certifications in a multitude of specialties. When she is not at the studio, she is either sipping her brewmaster husband’s latest creation, watching her 2 step children compete at AQ’s mission bouts, listening to her oldest daughter rock out on the guitar or watching her youngest crush the ball at her softball game.
