      Hi my name is Brian and I am a Flexologist here at StretchLab. I’ve been a personal trainer for almost a decade, and I’m passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, playing video games, and picking up my guitar. Being part of StretchLab has been an incredibly rewarding experience, as it allows me to deepen my knowledge of flexibility and mobility while making a real impact on people’s well-being in a supportive environment.

      Hi I'm Izabela! I have a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, and have worked in rehabilitation in multiple different settings including sports teams and various physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, going to concerts, and baking! I’m currently on my hunt for the best croissant in Oakville. Being a part of StretchLab allows me to educate others about their bodies and give people the resources to meet their health goals and move better. I love working with a team of like-minded people who are motivated to help others feel the best version of themselves. Spending lots of personal time in athletics alongside working in rehabilitation has taught me the importance of movement and flexibility, and I am excited to share my knowledge and passion with StretchLab Oakville South!

      Hi my name is Daniel and I am a stretch practitioner here at StretchLab. I have a BSc in exercise science from Lindenwood University and specialized firefighter training from the Ontario Firfefighter Academy. I also have certifications in first aid and CPR Level C. I currently serve as an Emergency Medical Responder. I have a passion for hockey as I played at a competitive level throughout university. In my spare time I like to volunteer as a firefighter, school senator, and coaching minor league hockey. I love working at StretchLab because I am able to apply my passion for helping others in a way that benefits their overall wellbeing, and I continue to grow my knowledge of how stretching can change someones life.

      Hi I’m Alex, one of the flexologist’s here at StretchLab! I am currently pursuing a career as a future chiropractor and am in my third year of chiropractic school at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and have a degree in Kineseology. I currently work as a Chriopractic Assistant and health and wellness has always been a passion of mine. I am excited to positively contribute to other’s health and wellness goals here at StretchLab. During my spare time I enjoy watching and playing soccer, specifically watching the Premier League on weekends. Additionally I have recently picked up playing pickle ball over the summer with friends and am on the courts at every possible moment trying to improve my game! I hope to help others maintain and increase their flexibility, range of motion, and functional goals so that they too can maintain an active and healthy lifestyle!

      Hello my name is Mikaela and I am a stretch practitioner here at stretch lab. I completed my degree in Kinesiology at Brock University in 2023 and have since focused on rehabilitating various injuries through mobility and stretching. My passion for flexibility and mobility also led me to obtain a yoga certification on a beautiful island in Bali. When I'm not at Stretch Lab, I spend my time practicing yoga or going on hikes. I truly value being part of the Stretch Lab Oakville team. The collaborative and supportive environment here is exceptional, and everyone works together to help our clients achieve their goals.

      Hi my name is Jordan and I am a stretch practitioner here at StretchLab. With a degree in kinesiology and a diploma in fitness and health promotion, I’ve worked in personal training, manual muscle treatment, and coaching young athletes. I’ve always had a passion for sports, having played football, soccer, track, and basketball. In my spare time, I love to work out, play sports, spend time with friends, and enjoy life. What I enjoy most about being part of StretchLab is the sense of community and teamwork. Being part of the team allows me to deepen my understanding of human anatomy and learn practical ways to help people with their physical well-being.

      Hi, im Noah! I recently graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During my time in university, I was a student trainer for the Western football team, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in athletic therapy. In my spare time I enjoy staying active through playing sports like pickleball, going to the gym, and running. I also love watching movies and TV shows when I can. I enjoy being a part of StretchLab because of the strong sense of community and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

      Hi! My name is Iwi and I recently graduated from Western University with a bachelors of science in kinesiology, with a focus on biomechanics and human physiology. While I was there. I worked with the school of physiotherapy to work at Victoria Hospital in London, as well as in the kinesiology biomechanics research lab. These experiences gave me lots of quality one on one experience working with clients and guiding them through movements. In my spare time I love to relax and unwind by crocheting anything from dresses to stuffed animals, anything really! I also like to do Pilates and yoga and go for walks. I love it here at StretchLab because I'm able to share with people the power of movement and caring for your body. The atmosphere and team cultivate a perfect environment to promote wellness and relaxation in really special way.

I work closely with clients to enhance mobility, strength, and overall well-being. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and going for scenic drives. I am also a Physiotherapist Assistant getting me to I work closely with clients to support their recovery, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. In my spare time, I love to work out, practice mind-relaxing yoga, play soccer and take time to slow down and recharge. Fitness and movement are not just part of my career, they’re a passion that I enjoy incorporating into my daily life.       Hi, I’m Uswah! I’m a Health Science major at the University of Toronto with a background in geriatric research. My experience as a research assistant in geriatric facilities has deepened my appreciation for the role of mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being at every stage of life. Outside of work, I love staying active through weightlifting, Pilates, and yoga, and I also enjoy unwinding with a good book. Movement has always been a big part of my life, and I’m passionate about helping others feel their best through the power of stretching. What I love most about StretchLab is the constant learning and the opportunity to support people on their journey to feeling stronger, more mobile, and more at home in their bodies.

      My name is Veronica Samborski, I have a personal training certification with ISSA and am currently completing a degree in Kinesiology at Brock University in St Catharines. I have experience with exercise and wellness throughout my years as an athlete as well as I held a position as a hockey trainer for young athletes in my hometown. In my spare time I continue to play hockey whenever possible and enjoy such hobbies as pottery, camping, snowboarding, and working out. My favourite parts about StretchLab include the welcoming atmosphere and helping clients learn about their bodies and guiding them to a healthier lifestyle.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
