      Is a Chiropractor who practices part time; A “week night athlete”who plays basketball, beach volleyball, and occasionally golf; and most importantly a girl dad to 2. Movement is key to living life. Stretching is one of the best ways to achieve that. I’ve learned this the hard way over my years as an athlete and working with athletes professionally. StretchLab is a great introduction and key element of that movement life skill. I love meeting and sharing knowledge of the body with people and in helping them move through life with greater ease as a result of the stretching techniques used at StretchLab - those same techniques that have improved movement in my own life.

      Growing up here in OC, Nic was always playing sports and became heavily involved in the surf/ skate/ snowboard world of action sports through art and photography. Nic did yoga teacher training at the Center for Yoga in LA. He would later use all he had learned to recover from a serious auto accident that took four years and would have been impossible without flexibility, body awareness, and mindfulness practices. Nic then completed advanced yoga therapy level 2 at Loyola Marymount University and getting a B.S. in Kinesiology- Clinical Movement Science at CSU Fullerton. He his currently completing his Master of Arts in Yoga Studies with Yoga Therapy C_IAYT certification at LMU. In his spare time, Nic likes to hike trails near Aliso Canyon or go to the beach with his dog Buddy. StretchLab allows Nic to share his passion for health and wellness and gain experience working with people from all different fitness levels and backgrounds.

      Dani grew up in Santa Cruz surrounded by a community of holistic living. She is passionate about healing the mind, body, and spirit. Dani has her 200 RYT certification, and is pursuing further education in Yoga to dive deeper into somatic kinesiology and co-regulation. With a background in holistic health, experience working alongside M.D’s, and personal studies of somatic work, herbalism, and meditation; she aims to bring balance to the community!

      With a passion for movement and holistic health, Cory is a certified Neuromuscular Therapist, Health Educator, and Personal Trainer, and now Flexologist! He has an intuitive ability to connect with each individual’s body and is dedicated to empowering clients to achieve freedom from pain and move with ease. As a Flexologist, Cory specializes in creating customized sessions that improve mobility, alleviate tension, and enhance overall wellness. With a lifelong commitment to learning and a fascination with how the human body works, his goal is to help clients feel their best and discover new possibilities. When not working, Cory enjoys spending time with his wife, Rainy, and their puppy, Oaty, as well as exploring new ways to expand his knowledge and skills.

      With a strong foundation in movement and recovery, Sol brings a background in Chiropractic care, to his role as a Flexologist. Sol is passionate about helping others move and feel better through targeted bodywork and functional techniques. He has experience working with athletes of all ages as well as the general population throughout his career, allowing him to adapt his approach to meet each individual's needs. He completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (LACC) in December 2024. Currently pursuing licensure as a D.C. in California, his top priority is improving each client’s quality of life through customized stretch sessions that reduce pain, enhance mobility, and support long-term wellness. Outside of work, Sol enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his energetic Yorkie, Zeus.

      Annette (A-net-tuh) is a certified RYT 200 (Yoga Teacher) who grew up in a small town in Germany. She began practicing Yoga to regain clarity in life and enhance her health from the inside out. Through her Yoga practice, Annette realized the importance of daily stretching to achieve optimal performance. Her goal is to make flexibility and mobility accessible to everybody! Using assisted stretching and breath work she strives to improve the client’s quality of life. Her top priority is to create a welcoming and safe environment that respects and values each client. When she is not stretching you can find her at the water, on a yoga mat, or under the sun with her family. Annette is honored to be part of your journey and can't wait to see you! (fluent in German)

Specializing in chronic pain relief, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and sports performance, she takes a holistic approach to healing. Rainy is passionate about helping people feel more at home in their bodies, empowering them to move with confidence—whether that means regaining mobility, progressing with flexibility, reaching new goals, or continuing to do what they love. Through her expertise in functional movement and recovery, she helps clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being.

      Arisa is a Flexologist with a strong foundation in movement and body awareness. She holds a background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the graduate level, but her passion has always extended beyond the desk. With years of experience in gymnastics, cheerleading, circus arts, and martial arts tricking, Arisa brings a deep understanding of flexibility, alignment, and physical discipline to every session. Her hands-on approach is rooted in both athletic practice and a thoughtful appreciation for how the body moves and heals. Whether you’re recovering, training, or simply looking to feel better in your body, Arisa creates a supportive environment that helps clients stretch smarter and move with greater ease.

      With a deep interest in movement and practical wellness, Peter is a Flexologist at StretchLab with a background in physical therapy and strength training. After experiencing injuries and pain himself, he learned the true value of stretching and proper movement for long-term health. Peter is dedicated to helping clients move better, reduce discomfort, and achieve their personal goals through science-based, customized stretching sessions. He enjoys making mobility and recovery approachable for everyone, whether they’re athletes or simply looking to stay active and pain-free. Outside of StretchLab, Peter enjoys boxing, exploring new fitness studies, and learning about wellness. He is committed to lifelong learning and making effective movement accessible to all.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
