Hi everyone! My name is Isabelle Wolf, and I am so excited to be a part of the StretchLab team and help YOU achieve YOUR goals! Stretching has been a big part of my life with being a gymnast myself for 10 years, and now being a part-time gymnastics coach and teaching my students the benefits of stretching and having good posture. Back in 2013, I received a spinal fusion in my L4-S1 area, due to having Congenital Spondylolisthesis and causing my vertebrae to slip forward more than 50%. Before having surgery, anytime I would stretch or lay down flat, my whole left leg would go numb, and I would be in immense pain. After having my surgery, I was happy to be able to begin stretching/exercising again with no pain or numbness. To give back and help those who have helped me, I attended Grand Valley State University from 2017-2023 where I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science – Health Fitness Instructor and furthered my education with receiving a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. Occupational therapy can be defined as activities of daily living (ADL) that “occupy” your time throughout your day that are meaningful to you or that you need/want to do to be as independent as possible. Stretching here at StretchLab is a great ADL to engage in to improve your quality of life. When you’re working with me on my bench, my main goal is for you to feel comfortable while getting stretched and to always communicate any concerns you have so I can help you reach your goals of living the best and healthiest life you can! I am so excited to work one-on-one with you and customize stretches that work for you!
