I entered the Marine Corps not knowing much about the body. Early in my career I found that yoga helped relieve tension, prevent injuries, open my body, and helped control my breathing. This triggered my curiosity and fascination to further explore more elements of fitness. As a certified personal trainer, yoga and rowing instructor, with a background in Thai massage, I dedicate my energy to helping others in their journey to live strong, mobile, and mindful lives. Working with people brings me joy to uncover the physical potential in all of us. In my personal time I enjoy aerial circus training (trapeze, straps, hammock, etc.), playing music, and partner acrobatics. I also love a cup of black coffee with a mind-opening book in hand.
