      With a background in personal training, I began my career in stretch therapy because of the importance of recovery. As a trainer and group fitness instructor in New York and Miami Beach, I taught one on one training, TRX, boot camps and spin. With over 5 years experience as a Flexologist, I love seeing the impact I can have on people’s lives through assisted stretching!

      I’ve been a personal trainer for over 5 years. I began my fitness journey working at 24 Hour Fitness and I aspire to be a physical therapist. Working at StretchLab allows me to exercise my passions so that I can continue to help a wide range of individuals. I enjoy being part of the stretch community and helping our members reach their mobility goals.

      As a lifelong athlete and division 1 rower, I learned early on the importance of prioritizing recovery, specifically stretching, to maximize performance and improve overall health. I graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Neuroscience and M.S. in Translational Biotechnology. As a rowing coach, with over 6 years of experience in the wellness industry, I blend scientific and technical elements with an accessible, lighthearted approach to health and fitness.

I hold a B.S. in Kinesiology for Applied Fitness where I incorporate my knowledge with hands-on experience as a Flexologist to provide the optimal, curated stretch for the client based on their personal goals.

      Growing up as a competitive and professional dancer, I’ve been stretching daily since I was 5 years old. I know firsthand the importance of stretching for optimal performance and recovery. As a professional dancer, I’m also a certified yoga and Crossfit level 1 instructor. I focus on wellness with my clients through teaching yoga, group HIIT, Crossfit, and providing personal training and nutrition coaching. I'm excited to help you reach your stretch goals and achieve your best self!

      As a former competitive synchronized swimmer, now training in aerial arts (pole, trapeze, and silks) I’ve always understood how crucial stretching is for recovery and performance. With over 10 years of experience as a group fitness instructor in water aerobics, HIIT, and circuit training, I’ve always been passionate about helping people of all ages and backgrounds to feel their best. I decided to join StretchLab because it allows me to provide 1:1 attention to achieve personal goals and improve overall quality of life and wellness. Excited to meet and work with you!

      I have always been interested in the human body because of the endless possibilities it can reach with appropriate training and consistency. My fascination with anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention led me to pursue a career in wellness and rehabilitation. I graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology from SDSU and am currently attending Mount Saint Mary's University to earn a DPT degree to reach my aspirations of becoming a physical therapist. I'm excited to apply my knowledge in kinesiology and physical therapy to help individuals of all backgrounds achieve their health and fitness goals! I'm committed to providing top-quality care and support to make a meaningful difference in my client’s lives.

      I began my passion for body awareness when I started training in dance and even more once I became a professional Choreographer & Dance teacher. Growing and sustaining mobility for the body is very important to me. I Love helping individuals at achieving their personal body goals while empowering my clients to improve themselves in their journey of self-growth. Some of my expertise includes movement therapy, dance education programming, strength training, and boxing. My love of dance has helped me to grow mentally and physically in understanding the importance of taking care of self through mind, body and soul. I am dedicated to fueling my clients with confidence by helping them see their greatest potential through stretch and movement. Let me help transform you!

      I entered the Marine Corps not knowing much about the body. Early in my career I found that yoga helped relieve tension, prevent injuries, open my body, and helped control my breathing. This triggered my curiosity and fascination to further explore more elements of fitness. As a certified personal trainer, yoga and rowing instructor, with a background in Thai massage, I dedicate my energy to helping others in their journey to live strong, mobile, and mindful lives. Working with people brings me joy to uncover the physical potential in all of us. In my personal time I enjoy aerial circus training (trapeze, straps, hammock, etc.), playing music, and partner acrobatics. I also love a cup of black coffee with a mind-opening book in hand.

      With a background in neuromuscular massage therapy, I’m very passionate about wellness and feeling good in your body. I joined StretchLab because I know massage and stretching come hand in hand with recovery. From sports performance to addressing overdue injuries, my goal is to release and improve restricted mobility that causes pain in day to day life. Consistency in stretching is what keeps our bodies feeling young and prevents injury. I can’t wait to meet you on the bench!

      As a fitness professional for over 10 years, I hold a certificate of Personal Training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I've worked with high profile clientele in the corporate sphere, most notably those suffering from posture imbalances and tension stemming from sedentary office life during my time as a Tier 3 personal trainer at Equinox. By focusing on posture correction while gradually implementing muscle-building strategies, I have a client-centered approach to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. In my free time, I practice yoga, read science fiction and philosophy, and discover new music. I'm currently studying percussion and aspire to be a professional drummer.
