      I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Clinical Movement Science from California State University, Fullerton. Currently, I am in the process of applying to doctorate programs in physical therapy. In addition to my work at StretchLab, I have accumulated over 150 hours of experience as a physical therapy aide. My professional passions are rooted in movement science, health, fitness, and enhancing the functionality of the human body. When I’m not stretching…catch me doing strength training and running! My background also includes previous experience in softball and volleyball. For nearly two years, I’ve been proud to be part of the StretchLab team at Downtown Brea, where my mission is to help individuals move better, live healthier, and help achieve their flexibility goals!

      Qualifications: NASM certified personal trainer and pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in kinesiology at California State University, Fullerton. After my undergrad, I plan on obtaining my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I played softball for 10 years, and have always enjoyed sports and being active. Outside of StretchLab, I regularly weight lift and enjoy going on hikes and staying active. My passion is in moving for love, health and happiness, as well as helping others reach their full potential through physical and mental wellness. I am excited to work towards improving flexibility with you!

      Qualifications: Bachelors of Arts in Dance from Muhlenberg College. Planning to enroll in a Doctorate program for physical therapy. Movement History: Dance (9 years) and acrobatics (2 years). I believe stretching is an essential step in every workout routine that is often overlooked. It not only prevents injuries but improves range of motion and enhances quality of life. My goal at Stretch Lab is to help individuals find comfort in performing assisted stretches while educating them on good movement quality.

      200hr Yoga Teacher certification, Yoga Therapy certification, and Reiki Practitioner certification My inspiration comes from my family and peers. Seeing them achieve their goals pushes me to achieve mine! My hobbies are staying active such a taking cycle class and spending time with my family and friends. It’s important to me to have a healthy lifestyle because staying active leads to feeling mentally happier. My favorite teams are the Lakers and Dodgers! Favorite food sushi and mariscos!

      I hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from California State University, Northridge. Before joining StretchLab, I spent two years in the Athletic Training industry and have focused on Physical Therapy for the past nine years. Currently, I am applying for a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine. I joined StretchLab, because I believe in their methodology that emphasizes flexibility as a key component of injury prevention. With my background in high school and collegiate sports, I understand the critical importance of mobility both in sports and everyday life. My primary goal at StretchLab is to educate clients and help them improve their movement quality.

      With a Bachelor's in Health Science from California State University, Fullerton and over five years of hands-on experience in a physical therapy setting as a PT aide, I bring a strong foundation in movement science and injury prevention. I'm currently on the path to becoming a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), further deepening my commitment to helping others move and feel better. Outside of StretchLab, you'll find me weightlifting, doing HIIT training, or hiking local trails with my wife and our chocolate lab. I’ve always had a passion for helping people reach their rehab and fitness goals, and I’m excited to help you integrate stretching into your wellness routine. Whether you're working on flexibility, mobility, or just becoming more in tune with your body, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

      I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a B.S. in Kinesiology, specializing in Clinical Movement Science. My long-term goal is to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy to further expand my ability to help others move better and live healthier. I bring hands-on experience in strength and conditioning programming, coaching cheerleading stunts, and working as a physical therapy aide experiences that have given me a deep understanding of movement, rehab, and performance. Outside of StretchLab, I’m an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking with my dog Shelby, enjoying live music, cheering on my favorite sports teams, and tending to my garden. Strength training and cycling are my go-to workouts, and I’m passionate about sharing the power of movement whether through fitness, recovery, or stretching. My mission is to help you feel empowered, confident, and capable in your own body. I'm here to support your flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness through personalized stretching sessions designed to meet your unique goals.

      I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science from Northwestern College and will begin my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in January 2026. I’m certified in Pilates Mat and have a lifelong background in ballet, including serving as captain of my collegiate competitive dance team. My passion for human movement is matched by hands-on anatomy experience and a deep commitment to helping others move better and feel stronger. I look forward to supporting your physical goals and improving your quality of life through personalized, intentional stretching.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
