My journey into movement and healing began in my early 20s when I broke my wrist and knee on two different occasions. Learning to rehabilitate my body and overcome the emotional and mental challenges of these injuries sparked a fascination with how the human body works—and how resilience is built through both struggle and recovery.
From there, I discovered a passion for exploring movement in all its forms. I earned my bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services with a focus on Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan, where I also taught yoga and immersed myself in circus training, choreographing creative expressions of strength and flexibility
As I pursue a doctoral degree in neuro-physiotherapy, I’ve landed in beautiful Colorado, where I live with my partner and our two endlessly energetic and loving dogs. We spend weekends adventuring on trails, soaking in the serenity of nature.
For me, movement isn’t just a study focus or a passion—it’s a lifelong exploration. The idea that we can influence how we feel, heal, and grow by understanding our bodies better continues to fuel my journey. Whether I’m hiking with my dogs, finding joy in the artistry of circus movement, or guiding others through yoga, I’m always asking the question: How can we move through life—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally—with more ease and intention?
