    Lead Flexologist

    Allison is a Michigan native with a background in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Carthage College (Wisconsin) in 2003 and her master’s degree in Sports Medicine from Georgia State University in 2005. Allison then returned back to Michigan to work as an athletic trainer at Northwood University. After many years of working with the school’s varsity athletic teams, she and her husband moved down to Georgia to raise their 2 boys. Allison loves working with all of her clients and helping them reach their flexibility and activity goals. She also enjoys teaching her clients about things they can do at home and on their own to help them feel better throughout the day. When not in the studio, Allison enjoys yoga, all types of crafting, and watching her boys swim and dive.

    Flexologist

    An Indiana native with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications, Shannon blends her passion for movement and wellness with years of experience in athletics and coaching. A former college cheerleader, with a strong background in dance, she understands the importance of flexibility, mobility, and injury prevention for all ages. With experience as a Certified Pure Barre Instructor and former USSF D-Licensed Soccer Coach, she has worked with youth athletes and diverse groups, including older adults looking to improve mobility and maintain an active lifestyle. Passionate about holistic well-being, Shannon earned an ACE Health Coach Certification in 2015, using this expertise to help individuals improve their quality of life through personalized wellness strategies. Her experience in Parks & Recreation further showcases her dedication to connecting people with movement whether through structured sports or the natural world. Now, as a Flexologist at StretchLab, she is excited to help clients from young athletes to active adults enhance flexibility, prevent injuries, and achieve their movement goals. When not working with clients, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters, exploring nature and staying active as a family.

    Amy is an Indiana native who moved to Georgia with her husband in 1998. She began her education at IUPUI on a pre-med track before changing her major to Business Management and Marketing. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kennesaw State while raising her 3 children. Throughout her life, Amy has been involved both as a player and coach in track & field, volleyball, and cheerleading. She learned how important stretching, flexibility, mobility and injury prevention are for peak results. Her love of movement and training led her to become a Certified Personal Trainer and obtain a Corrective Exercise Specialization, both through NASM. As a Flexologist at StretchLab, she is excited to help clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. She has special interests in injury prevention & recovery, balance training, and functional training. When not working with clients, you will find her running, cooking & baking, strength training, walking her 2 labs, or in her garden.

    Flexologist

    Wesley is originally from Kentucky, but grew up in Georgia. He graduated in 2022 from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science and Anthropology. He moved to Marietta in 2023 to continue his education in the doctorate of chiropractic program at Life University. His goal is to become a chiropractor focusing on helping improve athlete performance and working with people who have chronic conditions maintain good quality of life. Wesley came to StretchLab to branch out in more ways to help people alleviate pain and discomfort with his own hands instead of relying on external sources. The approach he takes is working to improve the body from the base up, as a house without a good foundation tends to fall. Wesley enjoys reading, studying, playing video games, playing with his dog, spending time with family, cooking, and exploring Atlanta.
