I’ve been a group fitness instructor for 7 years, with certificates in many different formats. Leading groups in everything from fasted paced “Turbo Kickboxing” to “Barre” a slower and more controlled, strengthen and lengthen workout. I love teaching and assisting in all types of fitness! Most of the Activities I enjoy doing involve my husband and 3 kids. We love swimming at our community pool and hiking the trails around our home. I LOVE to sing karaoke! StretchLab has opened me up to a brand-new way of helping people along their fitness journey. Assisted stretching isn’t like anything I have ever experienced before. The Atmosphere, the people it’s an amazing experience. Come see and feel the difference an assisted stretch can make!!

I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, and have experience in various environments in the health and fitness industry. Most of my time has been spent in outpatient physical therapy and sports performance center treating patients from age 9 - 99. Most of my background involves rehab and corrective exercise to help provide long term benefits for people of all ages. I enjoy traditional resistance training, yoga, Pilates, hiking and walks with my husband and dog. I love StretchLab because it allows us to help people feel better throughout the entire body and provide long term results and relief for them in their every day lives or in training. I received my Bachelors in Kinesiology from California State San Marcos, and I have been in the health and fitness industry for 6-7 years now, having experience from coaching youth soccer, being an aide in an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic, to personal training of all ages. Growing up I was heavily involved with sports and being active 24/7 that it became a part of my lifestyle going into my high school/undergrad years. It wasn’t until my first kinesiology class that I experienced the real science behind human body movement and the importance of overall health and wellness. The love and passion for such has led me to want to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy where I can continue to practice preventative and rehabilitative care. I enjoy going to the gym, hiking with friends, long distance running, and playing soccer.STRETCHLAB: Here at StretchLab, I love being able to positively contribute to an individual’s way of living by helping relieve stiffness, soreness, and helping increase their range of motion for their everyday activities. StretchLab allows us as Flexologists to keep track of individuals progress and create programs based on their needs which I believe is crucial for ongoing success. The environment and atmosphere that StretchLab brings is one of a kind that makes everyone feel welcomed.

I graduated from Concordia University Irvine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Coaching. Before working for StretchLab, I was an intern for a Sports Medicine and Recovery facility where I worked alongside a Chiropractor and Stretch Specialist. I love being outdoors and getting miles under my feet. I grew up playing basketball and softball, and even ran cross country and track at a collegiate level. Being heavily involved in sports grew my interest in understanding how the body moves and the importance of recovery. One thing I love about StretchLab is the community it has built to stay connected with clients and educate them throughout their journey. Everyone deserves to move freely!

After receiving my DPT degree, I hope to continue my education to become a Neurologic Specialist Physical Therapist. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games and cooking new and old recipes. I have 3 years of experience as an outpatient Physical Therapy Aide, and I am currently in my last year of my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine. I have always enjoyed working with people and learning about the body, and StretchLab allows me to do both of those things at the same time. I have played sports all my life and had my fair share of injuries, so I really enjoy guiding or assisting the rehab process for other people. I love going to the beach with my wife and son, and my favorite sport to watch and play is basketball. I love StretchLab because it allows me to help people move through their life better than ever so that they can get the most out of life. I love being able to help people relax and recover while improving their ability to move.

I graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Kinesiology and a minor in Sociology. Before StretchLab, I was interning as a PT aide at an outpatient physical therapy clinic that specialized in sports and balance recovery. I also observed at an inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital on campus. Growing up, I played volleyball at Temecula Viper Volleyball and have had my fair share of injuries as a competitive athlete. After going through my own physical therapy journey, I realized that I wanted to help people move and contribute to their journey of recovery. At StretchLab, I found that I have truly been able to help people feel better and continue to live a happy, healthier lifestyle. I have been in the fitness industry for 2-3 years from personal training to athletic training. I graduated from the University of California Riverside in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. I have been passionate about sports from a young age and practiced martial arts, cross country, and rugby before going in-depth with resistance training. During college, I worked as a NASM-certified personal trainer and loved helping people reach their physical goals. Post graduation, I set my sights on physical therapy, spent a year working in a clinic, and have been steadily working towards entering a DPT program. Mobility, exercise, and musculoskeletal health are crucial aspects of living a long and happy life, and stretch lab allows me to make a difference in these areas in the lives of others. Everyone deserves to have freedom of movement! In my free time, I love to work out, read, spend time outdoors, and hang out with my loved ones and dogs.

I graduated in 2022 and received my degree in Kinesiology from California State University San Marcos. This past year I was a research assistant and co-author on various studies exploring health and wellness of minority populations in skateboarding. I had the honor of studying abroad and researching the epidemiological factors that contribute to the high life expectancy in Italy. I have worked as a Physical Therapy Aide for the last two years in various outpatient and inpatient settings. I plan on pursuing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy due to my passion for preventative and rehabilitative care. I enjoy activities like running, hiking, yoga and skateboarding. I spend a lot of my free time longboarding on the beach with friends or visiting new skateparks to improve my park skills. I have also volunteered with multiple organizations over the years such as The Trevor Project and Mutual Rescue to give back to the community in ways that are important to me and my values. I believe remaining active in a way that is enjoyable and maintainable is the key to a good relationship with fitness. Stretching is such a crucial aspect of wellness that is continuously overlooked, yet so important for longevity and performance. StretchLab allows for individuals who are passionate about fitness to progress and enjoy their various activities at the next level.

I’ve been a CPT for 8 years specializing in corrective exercise and injury prevention. I absolutely love what I do, it's one of the most rewarding careers. Most activities I enjoy outside of Stretch Lab include a lot of action sports ; dirt bike riding, snowboarding, rock climbing etc. on the less extreme side I enjoy hiking and cuddling on the couch with my wiener dog. At StretchLab, I love that we get to educate clients and help them learn their own bodies. Also being able to help with long term results is awesome and seeing a positive change in their lives. The uplifting and positive environment at the studio is another big plus!
