      Amber
      Flexologist
Amber joined the US Army in 2015. After sustaining minor injuries during her time in service, she learned first-hand the importance of health, fitness, and taking care of the body overall and she began to make health and fitness a daily part of her lifestyle. In 2018 Amber became certified in Yoga Sculpt (HiiT), and then got her 200-hr certification as a Yoga teacher in 2020. She fell in love with applying those aspects to everyday life and educating people on the importance of movement by teaching a combination of power Yoga, Yin Yoga and HiiT classes. Continuing her education, Amber is certified in trauma informed Yoga and graduated from 300-hour Yoga teacher training in the summer of 2023, in hopes of perfecting her craft as a private instructor and sharing more information with her students. She loves hiking, being outdoors, live music, and poetry. She is so excited to be a part of the StretchLab team in Spartanburg.
