Kimberly Nevarez
Flexologist
Hi, I’m Kimberly! I’m originally from El Paso, Texas, and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. My passion for movement started early — I played soccer my whole life, which meant I spent a lot of time with athletic trainers. Through those experiences, I not only recovered from injuries but also gained a deep appreciation for the power of rehab, mobility, and proper stretching.
My background combines both performance and care. As a Physical Education teacher for young athletes, I’ve built structured programs focused on strength, mobility, and injury prevention. I also have experience working in a hospital setting, where I supported patients with mobility and functional movement, further strengthening my understanding of safe and effective body mechanics.
I truly believe movement is medicine. My goal at StretchLab is to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve your quality of life — whether you’re an athlete, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to feel less tension day to day. I’m passionate about creating personalized stretch programs that are thoughtful, safe, and results-driven.
I look forward to helping you move your best!
