      Area Manager
Through a synthesis of several years as an account manager and work as a personal trainer, Marla brings a "client first approach" to managing the San Ramon Team. Her academic career in Psychology gave her a deeper appreciation for what the mind-body connection means and she finds value in helping people find growth through health and wellness. D'Angelo
      D'Angelo
      Lead Flexologist
As a personal trainer deeply rooted in the world of fitness, I've been immersed in the realm of health and wellness since my early days. Growing up with a passion for track and field, I learned the importance of discipline and perseverance on the field, lessons that now guide my approach to training others. My journey continued through college, where I further honed my expertise in exercise science and nutrition, laying a solid foundation for my career. Beyond the gym, I find solace and joy in exploring nature through hikes, embracing the balance between physical exertion and the tranquility of the great outdoors. And when it's time to unwind, nothing beats diving into a good movie/TV series.

Jordan grew up here in San Ramon. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science, as well as her Master's Degree in Athletic Training. Her favorite part of both working as a Flexologist and as an Athletic Trainer is working alongside the client from point of injury and progressing to return to play. She likes to devote her time helping others and promote a healthier lifestyle. She also loves anything Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Studio Ghibli.
      Joey
      Joey
      Flexologist
Joey has a background in athletic training, strengthening and conditioning, and eastern medicine based martial arts. He likes to look at the body as a complex system and tends to think a little more outside the box when working with clients to help them find the way to stretch that fits their specific needs best. One of the things that he loves the most about this job is teaching people how to "listen" to understand, then work with their bodies to improve their movement.
