To say I have a varied background is an understatement. I am a former NCAA Division I wrestler for Boston University with a degree in Film and Broadcasting. I was nominated for an Emmy in 2010 for my work on NOVA ScienceNow. I am an assistant wrestling and track and field coach at Phillips Academy Andover. I love to stay fit and like to do a little of everything. I run ultra-marathons, compete in Olympic distance triathlons, downhill ski, cross country ski, water ski, fat bike, and lift weights. I realized many years ago that stretching was going to be an integral way of preventing injuries and increasing range of motion to improve performance. I can definitively say that stretching has saved me from long term injuries and has improved my performance in many of my activities. My passion is leading people to a place where they are pain free, and able to do all the things they love, whether that is playing with the kids or competing in the Boston Marathon. I am also a certified lifeguard, Precision Nutrition Level – 1 nutrition coach, dad of 2, and lover of bad puns.
