After years in sales, sales management & the food/beverage industry, I have taken my passions for yoga, wellness, & exercise and given them my full time attention. After practicing yoga for 15 years, I became a certified yoga instructor and Reiki I practitioner in 2017. I also represent a USDA certified organic CBD manufacturer and believe in the safe and significant benefits it has on the body. I also am recently certified in Somaveda Thai massage yoga. Along with a regular yoga practice and fitness schedule, I am an avid skier. My other passions are gardening, cooking and walking in the woods with Theo, my Australian Shepard. Working as a Flexoligist with StretchLab is an amazing addition to my expertise in working with the human body. Our stretch sessions are proven to enable clients to excel in their functional and fitness goals. I look forward to working together with you by creating an individual plan that will meet and exceed your expectations of the StretchLab experience

I am a NASM certified personal trainer and Stretching & Flexibility Coach, mother of two boys, and avid collector of houseplants! Growing up, I was aware of the benefits of stretching and flexibility as I spent many hours in the dance studio. In 2018, I began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and coached childrens and adult classes at my gym for over 3 years. In addition to coaching, I ran a weekly stretching and mobility class for all ages. While working through a back injury in 2016, I had my first experience with assisted stretching and it changed my life. A passion for pain free mobility was ignited. I am absolutely thrilled to have found StretchLab and assist my clients on their individual mobility journeys!

Health and fitness have been a passion of mine for as long as I could remember. I started getting into fitness and health at a very young age, educating myself and taking part in different sports and courses. I played D1 Soccer in college and I am currently a Mixed Martial Artist working towards competing Professionally. I worked as a Personal Trainer for MIT at the age of 18 and I worked with a lot of people in helping them achieve their goals physically in a way that’s healthy and fun. I attend UMASS Lowell for my Health and Science degree as I enjoy learning about the human body and applying my knowledge to help people feel better physically. After I complete college, I plan on working as a full-time Physical Therapist.

To say I have a varied background is an understatement. I am a former NCAA Division I wrestler for Boston University with a degree in Film and Broadcasting. I was nominated for an Emmy in 2010 for my work on NOVA ScienceNow. I am an assistant wrestling and track and field coach at Phillips Academy Andover. I love to stay fit and like to do a little of everything. I run ultra-marathons, compete in Olympic distance triathlons, downhill ski, cross country ski, water ski, fat bike, and lift weights. I realized many years ago that stretching was going to be an integral way of preventing injuries and increasing range of motion to improve performance. I can definitively say that stretching has saved me from long term injuries and has improved my performance in many of my activities. My passion is leading people to a place where they are pain free, and able to do all the things they love, whether that is playing with the kids or competing in the Boston Marathon. I am also a certified lifeguard, Precision Nutrition Level – 1 nutrition coach, dad of 2, and lover of bad puns.

Stretching and maintaining body/mind wellness are the pillars of my life. Growing up I was dancing competitively which meant dedicating lots of time to stretching and strengthening the body. I continued my dance studies in college focusing on contemporary and modern styles. I was exposed to many different practices such as Bartenieff Fundamentals, Laban Movement, Cunningham Technique, Contact Improvisation, and many somatic movement practices. I spent a semester in London researching movement and current performances. By the time I graduated I had choreographed three pieces. During this time I also began my Pilates Mat Training while diving into how trauma is held within the body. My interests while stretching include: mind body connection, injury prevention, and feeling safe within the body. Outside of StretchLabs you can find me teaching dance within the Merrimack Valley and performing with Dances by Isadora out of Boston.

My name is Bianca, I’ve been a personal trainer for 7 years and I also obtain a degree in Nutritional Science. I love to stay fit, compete in bodybuilding, and educate people about health and nutrition and the importance of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Working as a Flexologist with StretchLab has been an amazing addition to my expertise. It has allowed me to help people feel better and help them continue feeling amazing after just one visit. It has been a blessing from God to be able to do what I am most passionate about.

I always knew I wanted to help others and originally I thought it was by being in the medical field. This began in 2013 when I received my certification to become an EMT. As an EMT I quickly learned that the medical field was not the way I wanted to help people, at least not through the medical system we have here in the western part of the world. Since then I have been studying different therapies from around the world and have certifications in different types of breath-work, I became a yoga teacher, I do sound vibration and frequency therapy and herbalism. I am currently in Ayurvedic School to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner and an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist. Supporting others embody a deeper relationship with their bodies through mind, body, and soul connection is a huge passion of mine. Between my holistic and medical background I have been able to gain the knowledge of not just the physical but also the energetic body systems to help others move through any body goals they may have.
