With more than three years of experience in personal training and a strong focus on corrective exercise, I’ve developed a real passion for helping people feel their best, whether it’s through reaching fitness goals or recovering from injuries. My big dream is to become a physical therapist so I can guide others through rehab and injury prevention, making sure they stay strong and confident in their bodies. When I’m not working or learning, you’ll find me snowboarding, hiking in the mountains, hitting the gym, or relaxing with some good music. Staying active and connected to what I love keeps me motivated!

Hi, I'm Jessica Nieves. My journey into wellness began in 2011 when my oldest daughter was diagnosed with Autism, inspiring me to explore yoga and meditation. I was captivated by their ability to calm my mind, strengthen my body, and foster inner connection. Including my daughter in my practice brought noticeable improvements, fueling my passion for wellness. In 2019, I earned my 200-hour yoga teaching certification from The Hudson Yoga Project, initially to deepen my personal practice. However, in 2020, I began teaching and offering Sound Healing through the Satnam Wellness Community. In 2023, I expanded my skills by earning a Vedic Thai Massage certification from Mukti Michael Buck. Beyond yoga, I love spending time with my husband, two children, and nature, as well as enjoying music, reading, and learning. I am grateful to have the opportunity to share my love for Wellness with others, and I look forward to meeting you soon!

My name is Fran. I graduated from the University of Richmond and earned a double degree in Sociology and European History. I lived in London, England, for many years and in Sydney, Australia, for two. These experiences provided me with a fantastic opportunity to travel extensively with my family, broadening my perspective and enriching my life. After practicing yoga for over a decade, I completed my RYS 200 Yoga Teacher Training in 2020. Since then, I have taught yoga classes in London, New Jersey, and Miami, sharing my passion for mindfulness and movement. Most recently, I expanded my expertise by completing an 85-hour Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher Training, allowing me to support expectant mothers on their wellness journeys. I consider myself a lifelong learner, always seeking growth and new experiences. While living in Miami, I volunteered at a women’s shelter, teaching yoga and breath work, and at the world-famous Vizcaya Gardens and Museum. Since 2020 I have been teaching an open community yoga class at Morristown Public Library. Contributing to my community in meaningful ways is important to me. I am also an avid reader and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, honoring my heritage and fostering a love for history.
