Lead Flexologist
Hi my name is Tey! I am a former professional dancer turned NASM-certified
personal trainer, and lead Flexologist. I specialize in strength and mobility
training to address muscle imbalances, improve full body range of motion, and
prevent injuries. I believe stress management and pain free movement is
essential for overall wellbeing, so I am dedicated to helping people improve
their lives by improving their movement quality. Schedule an appointment with
