Her experience as a Camp Program Coordinator at Nurtured by Nature Day Camp further demonstrates her commitment to safety. Before joining StretchLab, Hailey served as a Chiropractic Technician, gaining skills in patient assessments and treatment plans. With a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto and advanced training through Humber College’s Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management program, Ho Yee is equipped with the knowledge and practical skills to support patients in achieving optimal recovery and physical performance. Ho Yee’s professional experience includes delivering tailored therapeutic exercise programs and facilitating recovery for patients with conditions such as total knee replacements, shoulder injuries, and long-term disabilities.       Emma is a driven and knowledgeable professional currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Professional Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. With an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University, where she achieved Dean’s List honors throughout her studies, Emma brings a strong academic foundation to her work in biomechanics, movement analysis, and athlete performance. Emma’s passion for optimizing movement mechanics is evident in her role as a Hockey Stride Coach at The Skating Lab Toronto. Here, she works with novice and elite hockey players, utilizing biomechanics-based instruction and video analysis to refine stride mechanics and enhance performance. Her expertise in strength and conditioning principles further supports athletes in achieving their peak physical potential. Her dedication to education and mentorship shines through her experience as an Anatomy Lab Teaching Assistant at McMaster University, where she guided university-level students through complex concepts in anatomy and physiology.
