Michelle is a personal trainer that graduated with her Bachelors of Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is a believer in educating clients with corrective and efficient movements for a daily pain-free life. She is a personal trainer that focuses on resistance and cardiovascular exercises to create long term results and achieve personal goals. Besides personal training, she enjoys a lifting session at the gym, a walk in nature, and spending time with friends and family.

During my upbringing I had the pleasure in being involved in competitive soccer for 10+ years in the DFW area’s Classic League Division 1. I was recruited by Hastings College to play soccer and while there received a degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in: Athletic Training, Personal Training and Coaching. After sustaining personal injuries myself I quickly realized how important mobility and flexibility plays in everyday life, and especially in longevity! After recovering, I was able to assist the athletic training staff my final two years which really opened my eyes to the power of assistance in helping someone reach their personal goals. What lead me to pursue StretchLab is my passion to assist in people by helping them reach their personal goals. I strive to continue to build my knowledge to help people achieve total confidence and comfort going through their daily routines.

Jet Enriquez is a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a background in personal training. With a strong foundation in the science of human movement and an unwavering commitment to helping individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals, Jet brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. When she's not guiding clients to improved flexibility and well-being, Jet is an avid nature enthusiast. She finds solace and inspiration in the great outdoors and especially loves to hike.

Devin brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the Las Colinas team as a seasoned health professional and a powerhouse in the world of strength competitions. With a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, he has spent over a decade dedicated to powerlifting, honing his skills and achieving remarkable milestones in the competitive arena. Devin's 14-year journey in powerlifting and strong competitions has not only shaped his understanding of the human body's capabilities but also instilled in him a profound appreciation for the importance of flexibility and mobility in optimizing performance and preventing injuries.

Lisette is the Assistant General Manager at StretchLab Las Colinas, bringing her passion for movement and recovery to the team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Angelo State University and believes that maintaining a youthful and healthy body starts with flexibility and an active lifestyle. Growing up playing multiple sports, Lisette developed a deep understanding of the importance of recovery between activities to help prevent future injuries. This foundation has shaped her approach to health and wellness, making her a strong advocate for mobility and injury prevention. Outside of work, you can find Lisette focusing on strength training at the gym, listening to music, dancing, or spending quality time with her family. She’s dedicated to helping others move better, feel better, and live better every day!
