      Meet Pedro! He is a personal trainer, fitness coach and nutritionist who is ready to give you a challenge. He's studying massage therapy and he loves to help people manage stress and reach their stretching goals. In his free time he enjoys intense workouts and spending time with family.

      Meet Alex! Alex is a certified Stretch and Flexibility coach. She has been dancing her whole life and has also trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the past five years. Alex loves helping people feel better and encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

      Meet Josett! She earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Performance and Exercise and Sports Science from Judson University. Her passion for sports, fitness, rehab, and her athletic experience brought her to the wellness world. She has a certificate as a Performance Specialist throughout her career and loves to help anybody reach their fitness goals. She enjoys lifting weights, playing soccer, being active, and spending time with her friends and family!

      Meet Will! Will has 15 years of personal training and nutritional coaching experience. He started his fitness and health journey as a weight loss transformation, and now competes as a bodybuilding athlete. Will is a current nursing student, and working to become a Nurse Practitioner. Flexibility and mobility = feeling great!

      Lead Flexologist
      Meet Gian! Gian is the Lead Flexologist at Highland Park. He graduated from UIC with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and a concentration in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. He has over 8 years of experience working with youth, adults, seniors, and athletes in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Physical Therapy rehabilitation, and Chiropractic Medicine. During his free time, he enjoys lifting weights, practicing yoga, playing video and board games with friends, dancing, singing, drawing, and painting. Gian is excited to help you achieve your health and fitness goals!

      Meet Angie! Angie graduated with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science with an emphasis in human performance from the University of Northern Colorado. She previously worked as exercise physiologist and volunteered at the cancer rehab center on the campus of UNCO. Angie enjoys working out at her local gym, hiking, watching movies, swimming, and spending time with friends and family. She is excited to help you improve your fitness and overall wellness.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      HELP YOUR FRIENDS MOVE BETTER

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!
