      Tyrell, also known as Rell, brings a diverse and well-rounded skill set to the StretchLab team. He holds a Bachelor's in Sports and Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Augusta University. In addition, Rell is certified by NASM and ISSA in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, and as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. He is also a nationally accredited Flexologist through StretchLab. A former collegiate athlete, Rell played both football and track, giving him firsthand knowledge of the demands of high-performance sports. Originally from Clarksville, TN, he uses his athletic background to help clients of all levels improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. His broad expertise in fitness, sports performance, and nutrition makes Rell an invaluable asset to the StretchLab team.

      Cameron is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a NASM Certified Stretching and Flexibility Coach, and a nationally accredited Flexologist through StretchLab. With a strong passion for fitness and wellness, he brings both expertise and enthusiasm to helping clients improve their mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. Originally from New Orleans, Cameron relocated to the Augusta area after Hurricane Katrina and has since embraced the community as his home. He is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Augusta University, blending his academic studies with hands-on experience in the field. When he’s not working or studying, Cameron enjoys working out, weightlifting, and playing basketball—a sport he’s loved for years. His dedication to fitness and helping others reach their goals makes him an integral part of the StretchLab team.

      Brandon is a proud graduate of Augusta University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Sports and Exercise Science. He is a NASM and ASM Certified Personal Trainer, a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and a nationally accredited Flexologist. His background as a group fitness instructor further highlights his expertise in fitness and wellness. When he's not working with clients, Brandon enjoys playing football and lacrosse, showcasing his lifelong passion for movement and athleticism. With his diverse skill set and dedication to helping others, Brandon takes pride in supporting clients on their journey to improved flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.

      Kelsey brings a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm to the StretchLab team. A graduate of Augusta University with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, she is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and a nationally accredited Flexologist through StretchLab. Her professional background includes serving as a manager and trainer at Planet Fitness, where she developed her skills in coaching clients of all fitness levels. Originally from Greensboro, GA, Kelsey specializes in working with children and dancers, drawing on her own experience as a former dancer. She has a deep understanding of the unique needs of dancers and individuals looking to enhance their flexibility, strength, and overall performance. Kelsey’s dedication to helping clients move and feel their best shines in every session. Whether you're an athlete, a dancer, or just beginning your wellness journey, she’s committed to supporting you with personalized care and expert guidance.

      Rachel brings a unique blend of expertise and experience to the StretchLab team. A graduate of Augusta University with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, she is a Certified Yoga Instructor and a nationally accredited Flexologist through StretchLab. Her professional background includes several years as a Physical Therapy Technician and Aide, where she gained valuable knowledge in rehabilitation and movement therapy. As a former gymnast, cheerleader, and gymnastics coach, Rachel understands the demands and intricacies of athletic performance. Her personal and professional experiences make her exceptionally skilled at helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness. Rachel’s dedication to wellness and approachable teaching style create a supportive environment for clients of all levels. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to enhance athletic performance, or simply aiming to feel your best, Rachel is here to help you achieve your goals.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      HELP YOUR FRIENDS MOVE BETTER

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!
