      Ally is a master flexologist with four years experience stretching clients at our SOMA and Embarcadero studios. A San Francisco native, she splits her time between training instructors, stretching her clients, and coaching and playing soccer. (Fun fact: she played a season of semi pro soccer in Argentina!)

      Shaniah is originally from SoCal, but moved to the Bay Area where she attained her B.S. and M.S in Kinesiology at San Francisco State University. She has an athletic background in boxing, basketball, and softball; her current sport is powerlifting. She is currently working towards pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy with the intent to specialize in orthopedics.

      Bethany has her B.A in Kinesiology with a background in personal training and health & wellness. She’s currently in massage school with the ultimate goal of specializing in neuromuscular therapy. In addition to her work life she loves boxing, lifting weights and enjoying the sun!

      Jennifer obtained her B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Neuroscience from the University of San Francisco and hopes to become an Occupational Therapist in the future. Because she is passionate about working with people to regain motor function and reduce risk of injury, she also works as a physical therapy aide! To stay active she likes to partake in weightlifting and dance. When she's not at work, Jennifer likes to try new plant-based restaurants, go on scenic walks, or read a good book.

      Ava is a dancer and visual artist along with being a Flexologist at StretchLab. They were trained in classical ballet, modern, jazz and hip hop on the East Coast. Ava has trained at the Joffrey Ballet School in Chicago and received a BFA in dance with a Modern concentration from Point Park University in Pittsburgh. While still in school, they also worked with an improvisational dance company called the PIllow Projects. After graduating Ava moved to the East Bay and is currently working as a Flexologist, a dance teacher, and commission based painter. In their free time, Ava enjoys yoga, knitting, bird watching and reading sci-fi books.

      Evelyn has her B.S. in Kinesiology with minors in Health Studies and Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Alongside being a student, she was a Division 1 athlete and ran track & field. Prior to being a flexologist, she was a physical therapy aide and hopes to become a physical therapist in the near future. In her free time, Evelyn loves playing with her cat, playing pickleball or spikeball, and exploring the city!

      Justin was born and raised in Torrance, California. He went to San Francisco State University to pursue his B.S in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise and Movement Sciences. He has a sports background in soccer, running, and weight lifting. He is looking to obtain his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the near future as he wants to pursue a career within physical therapy. In his free time he likes to watch various TV shows, go to the golf range, and find new food experiences in the Bay Area.

      Anthony is originally from Santa Barbara, California. He moved up to Northern California to finish his degree in Exercise Science at Sacramento State University. He has a sports background in football and baseball, and he currently likes to weightlift. He is a strong believer in using bodywork and stretching to increase one's performance. In his free time, he likes to hike, try new restaurants, and go for long walks in Golden Gate Park.

      Komal was born and raised in the Bay Area and earned her B.A. in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise and Movement Science, from San Francisco State, where she is at work on a Master's degree. Komal also teaches biology and physiology, and plans to pursue a PhD. Outside of work, Komal loves hanging out with her cat, baking and going on walks.

      Leyla is originally from SF and has their B.S in Public Health with a background is massage therapy, dance, and somatic movement. They are committed to working with their clients to process what is stuck in their bodies, become more acquainted with those parts of themselves, and maintain their optimum functioning through bodywork and treatment plans. Outside of work, Leyla loves yoga, the ocean, the redwoods and exploring!

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
