Crystal was born and raised in Dallas, TX. Crystal is a student of Kinesiology at Texas Woman's University. Fun fact about Crystal,she has a degree in Construction but loves working on the body and hopes to go to Physical Therapy School after graduation. In her free time she likes to hangout with friends and family. Crystal is also fluent in Spanish.

Hello, I'm Vivian Kien. I am currently enrolled at UNT, working on my degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. I like to work out, go shopping and hang out with my friends! I look forward to meeting you in studio and helping you achieve your goals.

Hi! My name is Kerrion Leslie! I graduated from UMHB in 2023 with a Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology. I am currently enrolled at UNT, obtaining a Masters in Kinesiology. My dream career is to become a sports psychologist to aid athletes both physically and mentally! I can't wait to help you achieve your goals!
Steven Mangan

Howdy y'all! When Steven was a young child, he fell in love with the martial arts. He was fully dedicated, and through hard work, he achieved his second-degree black belt in Taekwondo. After high school, not knowing what he wanted to with his life's ambition, he decided to join the Marine Corps to serve his country. He got out with an honorable discharge as an NCO, and then decided to give it the ol' college try. Realizing college wasn't for him, a light went off in his head knowing what he wanted to do with his life's pursuit for his trade; a body work professional. Steven is currently a licensed massage therapist and a Flexologist here at StretchLab! He believes in the balance of mind, body, and soul, and is ready to help you meet your goals!

Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.
One on One
A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
