I have a degree in Kinesiology from Georgia State University. I have worked in Physical Therapy clinics, been involved with public health initiatives, competed with the Powerlifting Club, and coached athletes at both Georgia Tech University and in the private sector. In the past two years, I've become more interested in therapeutic modalities and the relationship to performance and development of people. Due to that, I've become interested in manual manipulation, massage therapy, yoga, stretching, and how they can and should be used for self-improvement. In my free time, I love to perform training and improving how my body feels and moves. I like to train every day, be it stretching, yoga, weightlifting, calisthenics, even martial arts. Another activity I love to do is playing with poi where the practitioner uses typically orb-shaped implements to perform various movements that create a visual effect from the implement. The are many forms of these implements that range from LED poi to Fire poi and wands and staffs. One of the reasons why I love working at StretchLab is because I get to make a real connection with the clients that I am working with. I’m able to teach them about their bodies in a way that improves how they think about self-care and improvement in daily quality of life. I am able to use the knowledge that I've gained to help people feel better, which is incredibly fulfilling

I’m an Athletic Trainer and I’ve worked with collegiate athletes for about 3 years now while also having the chance to work with 3 NFL players. For activities, I enjoy all aspects of fitness and I strive to do something different every day. My favorites are weightlifting, hiking, long-boarding, biking, and fishing. What I love about StretchLab is having the opportunity to find out what an individual's motivation is. Whether it’s getting ready for a marathon, the next football game, or reducing aches from a long day of work; it’s a great feeling being able to make a positive impact and improve someone’s performance.

I grew up in Blue Ridge, Georgia and I earned a full-ride scholarship to play offensive line at Georgia Southern University where I was a part of three Championships, as well as made the dean's list and athletic honor roll multiple times. After being sidelined due to injury I was able to gain invaluable work experience in physical therapy and as a Division 1 strength coach while finishing my BS In Exercise Science with minors in coaching, nutrition, psychology, and earned my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) after. I spend much of my free time with my girlfriend and our two dogs and always trying to see as many concerts/festivals/shows as I can. I love whitewater rafting and get paid to do it! I tend to surprise people with a variety of interests and experiences I can enjoy or relate to which motivates me to be as open-minded towards any and all people, experiences, and ways of thinking in life. StretchLab has provided me with a unique opportunity as an exercise specialist to evolve my knowledge and experience and directly apply it to my daily work and life. As a former division 1 athlete, I was always looking to better my body and mind and discovered that the more I improved my ability to move with comfort and ease through improved flexibility I discovered an evolving world of self-improvement that allows me to deal with my injuries and the ever-changing demands on my body and mind and help my clients do the same. If you're in pain, stiff, or tight, it's impossible to attain your maximum potential. Yes, keeping your body improves performance in sports and exercise more effectively. But, your physical health and daily stress response have a huge impact on your mental, emotional, and physical well-being in the short and long term. If you are unsure what a personalized stretch and professional guidance to achieve lasting success I would love to show you how to become your optimal self.

I've taught aerial dance, flexibility, and fitness classes for the past five years, and I've been an aerialist for six years. When I first started aerial dance, I had no dance experience and was pretty sedentary, but I fell in love with having to focus on strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Most of all, I enjoy creating choreography and watching my students progress in their journey. Along with teaching aerial dance, I'm also a clinical exercise science student at Georgia Gwinnett College and will graduate in the spring of 2025! When I'm not dancing, teaching, or lesson planning for classes, I'm cooking a new recipe, playing pickleball (not well), or cuddling with my fluffy Maine Coon cat. My other interests include painting, interior design, and learning/trying new things. I'm always searching for a new hobby or skill to try! For my sport, a huge amount of flexibility is required to perform well, and assisted stretch allows me to increase my range of motion, more so than I could on my own. Whether you're an aerial dancer, soccer player, parent, or office worker, flexibility is a requirement to move independently in your daily life. The body craves a variety of movement, and the Flexologists at StretchLab provide the guidance necessary to increase flexibility.
