Paxton Woods-Eliot
FLEXOLOGIST
Hi, I’m Paxton! I was born and raised in Portland, but I spent several years in Western Massachusetts while earning my Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies at Hampshire College. I moved back to Oregon two years ago and am passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live pain-free through assisted stretching. As a Flexologist at StretchLab Bethany, I love working one-on-one with clients to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.
With a 200-hour yoga teacher certification in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, I have a deep understanding of body mechanics, breathwork, and mindful movement. My experience playing soccer and rock climbing has also given me firsthand insight into the importance of flexibility, injury prevention, and recovery.
Beyond my training, I have personal experience working through injuries, including rotator cuff issues, sprained knees and ankles, and a torn MCL. I also live with chronic myofascial pain syndrome, so I truly understand how persistent pain can impact daily life. Years of physical therapy have taught me the importance of movement and recovery, which is why I’m especially passionate about helping clients overcome chronic pain. I know how challenging it can be, and I’m here to support you in regaining strength, confidence, and mobility.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find me on the soccer field, scaling a rock wall, or reading a good book.
I’m excited to be part of the StretchLab Bethany team and can’t wait to help you move and feel your best!
