Flexologist
Kelly has been practicing yoga since 2009 and became a yoga instructor in 2020. She has her 500-hour Yoga Certification, Postural Anatomy, Teaching Yoga to Athletes and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certifications as well as a few others
She is fascinated by how the body moves, the benefits of stretching and how it can help people stay mobile, prevent injuries and help to alleviate pain.
When she isn’t at Stretchlab Appleton and helping others, she enjoys her own exercise routine of running, strength training and, of course, yoga. She has two kids that keep her very busy with extra-curricular activities. She also loves to hike, bike and continually learn through reading, watching or taking a new class to expand her knowledge.
