      Natalie received her B.S. in Health & Human Sciences with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. As an athlete herself playing volleyball in school, Natalie experienced injuries and the rehabilitation process firsthand and was drawn to study physical therapy to learn how to help others with their own mobility. She loves that StretchLab allows her to practice her skills and educate her members on the importance of recovery for athletes and non-athletes alike. When she’s not stretching you, Natalie enjoys outdoor activities and we have recently discovered she is a pool shark. She is also on a quest to find the best pulled pork nachos in Chicago - recommendations welcome! Natalie is on the schedule Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

      Cassandra is an ISSA certified DNA-Based Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. She holds a Masters of Science in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University, where she studied Consciousness Based Medicine and Vedic Science. Alongside her Master’s degree she received her NBHWC approved Precision Medicine Training Program certification from Wild Health, a Genomics-based Precision Medicine practice, which she uses in partnership with physicians as a Health Coach. As a Flexologist, she has more than 1800 hours hands-on experience helping clients achieve muscular balance, mobility and flexibility, which she wholeheartedly believes is essential for structural and functional health. Her education in Transcendental Meditation, Mindfulness Meditation and Reiki offers a unique approach to programming, and Cassandra embraces the fact that everyone needs an individualized approach to truly optimize health safely. She is excited to continue to bring all of these insights along with her years of experience in personal training and stretch therapy to StretchLab. When she's not working, Cassandra enjoys going to Milongas, social dancing, martial arts, hiking, swimming and working in her art studio.

      Molly is a dancer, teacher and movement specialist. She earned her B.F.A. in contemporary dance and choreography and continued her dance training with several different companies in New York, NY. For the past 7 years Molly has split her time between her dance career and traveling the world as a flight attendant with American Airlines. She has also been an avid practitioner of yoga since age 18 and completed her 200 YRT certification through Yoga Renew. Her own wellness routine is heavily focused on relaxing; it includes pilates, yoga, massage, reiki, getting outside, and taking epsom salt baths. Molly was originally drawn to fitness because she loves being on the journey with people as they grow and move toward their goals. She is excited to continue this at StretchLab, and to focus more deeply on mobility and 1-on-1 body work. Come stretch with Molly and get some travel tips while you're at it! She's on the schedule Fridays and Saturdays.

      Kristen has her B.S. in Exercise Science and is working toward her Masters in the same discipline. After undergoing rehab herself in 2017, she developed a deeper understanding and appreciation for the importance of recovery. Prior to joining StretchLab, Kristen worked as an Exercise Specialist at Core Physical Therapy. She loves connecting with people 1-on-1 regarding their own recovery and wellness journeys, and she is excited to bring this knowledge and passion to her clients at StretchLab. “The best piece of advice I have been given is to treat everyone with kindness because you never know what they could be going through. Just a smile and a simple conversation could make the biggest difference to someone!” Come stretch with Kristen Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays!

      Phillip is a professional aerialist, dancer, group fitness instructor and teaching artist. He earned his BFA in Musical Theater and Dance and now owns and operates his own aerial dance studio in Chicago. Phillip also holds NASM certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Phillip’s approach to flexibility and range of motion has a rich background with his experience in gymnastics, dance, acrobatics and contortion. He found his passion for fitness and wellness while working with The National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners. Phillip is fond of outdoor adventures with dogs, comedy shows, video games, and a good podcast.

      Iesha joins StretchLab with over 5 years of experience in wellness coaching, strength and conditioning, personal training, functional fitness and performance recovery. She completed her B.S. and Masters in Exercise Science in North Carolina, and recently relocated to Chicago to expand her career opportunities and breadth of experience in health and fitness. Iesha was drawn to StretchLab’s focus on the recovery space as an often overlooked but essential part of any fitness routine. “I love seeing people committed to investing in their health and wellness, and embracing a process that continually pays off over time.” Iesha enjoys hiking and cooking, and her favorite show right now is Vikings: Valhalla. She is on the schedule Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.

      Lauren has worked in the physical therapy field for the past two years while completing dual Masters degrees in Sport and Human Performance (MS) and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling (MA). She is passionate about holistic and accessible health and wellness and believes mobility is one of the biggest factors in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Lauren comes from a family of athletes and still loves watching her siblings play football and run track. She was a thrower in college and still enjoys powerlifting, but saves some free time for her other hobbies of going thrifting, reading and (of course) getting brunch!
      Zahria

      Zahria has been an athlete her entire life, most recently playing Division 1 volleyball with UIC. She completed her B.S. in Kinesiology and is currently pursuing an additional certification in health informatics. Prior to joining StretchLab, Zahria spent several years working as a rehabilitation aide with Athletico and she ultimately intends to pursue her Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Zahria loves empowering others to reach their fullest potential, both physically and mentally, and she is excited for the opportunity to do just that for her clients here at StretchLab. When she’s not working or playing volleyball, Zahria loves spending time outdoors and taking her goldendoodle Rallo on adventures.

      Caleb completed his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2019 and has been working in the field for the past four years. He has extensive experience with corrective exercises for activities of daily living and posture, and loves educating people about the small steps they can take each day that will lead to big changes in their health and wellness. While Caleb works to build his own practice, he is excited to apply his knowledge to support his clients’ flexibility and mobility goals at StretchLab. Caleb grew up on the Gulf Coast of Florida and really enjoys fresh seafood when he can get it! He’s also an avid reader. Find him on the schedule Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

      Maya received her B.S. in Exercise Science and a B.A. in Dance from the University of Iowa, where she combined her passion for movement with a deep understanding of the human body. As a lifelong dancer, Maya's journey with mobility and recovery began after being diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) following a hip fracture when she was 12. This inspired her to explore how various forms of movement promote overall health and well-being. At StretchLab, Maya is excited to use her background to help clients achieve greater flexibility, prevent injuries, and improve their quality of life. Whether you're an athlete, a dancer, or just looking to move better in your daily life, she enjoys working with individuals of all levels.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
