      Jack
      Jack
      Flexologist
Jack is really enthusiastic about helping people move more, move better, and move with less pain. After majoring in Finance and working in the field for several years, he decided to find a career that was more personally meaningful. He obtained an Associate's degree in Therapeutic Massage, a certification in neuromuscular therapy, and a certification in Active Release Technique (ART) as well. Soft-tissue work and stretching helped immensely in recovering from shoulder labral tears that he experienced in college; so he can speak personally to the benefit of both, and wouldn't practice any technique on anyone else that he hasn’t already done on himself. Jack also worked at a StretchLab franchise on the mainland. In his spare time, you can primarily find him picking up heavy things and putting them back down (weightlifting), rolling around on the floor (BJJ), and squeezing in quality time with family and friends.

During her college career, Charlsie also worked as a PT Aide in Hilo whose demographic were predominantly the adult population. On her free time she enjoys powerlifting, paddling, going to the beach, trying new coffee spots and content creation.
