Kema
Kema’s wellness journey began in 1997 with yoga, first for mental and emotional balance, and soon, for physical well-being too. She completed her RYT 200 in 2010 and began teaching at the YMCA, later adding barre and Silver Sneakers to support senior wellness. A summer in Scotland sparked her interest in Occupational Therapy, leading her to shift careers and become a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
After relocating from Florida to the West Coast with her husband, Kema worked as a Wellness Coach and Life Enrichment Director. Now in North Bend, she’s excited to make a positive impact at StretchLab. She holds degrees in Literature, History, and Library Science, with credentials as an RYT 200-E/YACEP, COTA, and ACE-certified personal trainer.
Kema is excited to be part of the StretchLab Team, where she can bring her passion for holistic health, movement, and mobility to a community-focused setting, making a meaningful impact in others' lives. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and forest walks, with a passion for family and travel.
