      Michelle is passionate about health and wellness and making people feel good. Growing up very active and doing gymnastics competitively brought body awareness into her life. She combined gymnastics and weight lifting to go further and become stronger. After practicing yoga for a year she became a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor. Through her training she became interested in the anatomy of the human body and how it works. She found StretchLab and loved the idea of assisted stretching and saw the need and importance of this concept! The idea of helping people feel better doing everyday things makes her happy. Michelle cares deeply about her clients, and there’s nothing of more value to her than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. When not working you can find Michelle with her camera taking photos, on her Peloton bike, working out, visiting local breweries and traveling.

      Pete is a NASM certified personal trainer and a fitness enthusiast. He comes to StretchLab with a unique background - he holds a Master's degree in electrical engineering, an MBA and also 'moonlights' as a tech professional leading software deals. Pete is passionate about educating others about the importance of health and fitness towards achieving both physical and mental well-being. He has a keen interest in using technology to inform and support an individual's fitness journey. When he heard about StretchLab, its mission and how it integrates cutting-edge 3D MAPS body scanning technology into its programming to help flexologists assess clients' current physical state and customize stretch sessions for them, he knew he wanted to join the team! Pete is excited to join the StretchLab Issaquah team and help as many people as he can feel better, live longer and to meet their health and wellness goals!!

      Ricky is a Kung-Fu instructor with passion to learn about health and wellness for the mind, body, and soul with purpose of helping children and families. As a flexologist he is excited to provide assisted stretching for members that will help them feel better! In his spare time he enjoys dimsums and drinking tea with family and friends, learning and working on projects regarding health and wellness. Practicing Kung-fu is fun and meditative for him and he likes to travel to meet friends and families, and enjoy new experiences. He enjoys being a part of Stretchlab because it gives him an opportunity to work closely with the community and help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

      Elana - an athlete at heart and sports/conditioning coach in practice. Working with athletes has always been a priority for her and when the athletes would come to her for advice on recovery, injury prevention, and overall health and wellness, she wanted to be able to be demonstrate knowledge in that domain. Graduating with BS in Health Coaching and pairing it with her pathway to Physical Therapy school, and her other interests in health and wellness, she aspires to be an all-in-one specialist for long-term clients. In her free time, she likes to stay active and spend time with friends and family. Practicing her main sport - soccer, and finding new ways to strengthen her body, mind, and health, are all important activities that she likes to priortize in life. With StretchLab, she believes she can further her understanding of human body and provide access to assisted stretching to the large community and help them move better!

      DJ is excited to be a part of StretchLab and help the community move better. He graduated in Kinesiology and is passionate about educating the youth on the importance of movement and fitness. DJ loves playing basketball, lifting, hiking and much more. As part of the Stretchlab Issaquah team, he is keen on fueling his knowledge and bringing a holistic approach to help people achieve their mobility and flexibility goals.

      Marenah is an Issaquah resident dedicated to helping her community move better and live a healthy lifestyle. With a degree in Exercise Science and experience as a Physical Therapy Exercise Technician, she brings knowledge of the human body and how stretching can improve your quality of life. She is excited to be a part of StretchLab because she finds fulfillment in helping people reach their fitness and wellness goals. In her free time, she likes to play video games with her three kids, paddleboard, and go to concerts with her husband.

      Julie boasts a decade-long career as a professional dancer, specializing in ballet, jazz, and tap. Her extensive experience includes teaching ballet and jazz, managing her own children's dance school, instructing at an adult dance studio, and contributing to the Washington Academy of Performing Arts. In addition to her dance expertise, Julie is a certified yoga instructor with a 200-hour YTT qualification and is currently pursuing her 300-hour YTT. Her diverse skill set extends to certifications in Ayurvedic Nutrition and Aromatherapy, with ongoing pursuits in Sound Healing and Mindfulness certifications. Passionate about holistic wellness, health, and fitness, Julie dedicates her spare time to the gym, crafting aromatherapy products, and enjoying walks with her mini-Australian shepherd, Jasper. Excited to be a part of the StretchLab community, Julie looks forward to leveraging her rich background to craft personalized stretching programs for clients embarking on their flexibility and wellness journey

His background in league cricket enriches his understanding of sports-related injuries and rehabilitation needs. Sahil is passionate about leveraging his expertise at Stretchlab to enhance physical health and improve clients' quality of life, blending expert knowledge with a personalized, empathetic approach to care. As a flexologist at StretchLab, Sahil dedicates himself wholeheartedly to aiding clients in alleviating the everyday pains and aches that hinder their quality of life.

      Angelo is an ISSA certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience in weight training, specializing in powerlifting and hypertrophy. His dedication to the sport has earned him multiple awards in powerlifting competitions. A former high school state swim captain, Angelo’s athletic background is diverse and robust. In his spare time, Angelo enjoys engaging in various activities that keep his mind and body active, such as spending quality time with his family outdoors, playing chess, solving puzzles, and exploring philosophical readings. Angelo believes that "nothing changes if nothing changes." He recognizes that many people are still unfamiliar with the benefits of assisted stretching and is enthusiastic about helping others discover new opportunities for health and wellness. Angelo's approach focuses on expanding one's comfort zone to foster positive change, making him a valuable asset to the StretchLab community.

      Olena is a Certified Yoga Coach and Fitness Instructor with over 9 years of experience in group programs and health practices. She is a qualified trainer in yoga, Pilates, and stretching sessions for both private clients and groups. Olena specializes in yoga and breathing techniques for pregnant women. She is passionate about the impact of emotional well-being on physical and mental health, emphasizing the importance of emotional balance in life. At Stretchlab, she believes in helping clients build a strong connection between mind and body in each practice, enhancing overall health and sensitivity. Olena's husband is a weightlifter, and she is a proud mom of a dancer daughter and swimmer son, focusing on family health and wellness. She values spending quality time with her family as the cornerstone of well-being.

      Madison has an impressive and diverse background that spans several fields. She began her journey with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology, which also included a minor in Math, laying a strong foundation in the sciences. Her passion for learning didn't stop there, as she went on to pursue a Master’s in Education, further enhancing her skills in teaching and mentoring. Most recently, Madison completed a massage therapy program and is now focused on preparing for the state exam (MBLEx) to earn her massage therapy certification. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Madison is a dedicated mother of two young girls who are currently in elementary school. Balancing family life and career, she spends much of her free time keeping up with her daughters' busy schedules. Her love for fitness and community involvement is evident through her role as a dance instructor, where she leads "Zumba in the Park" sessions, encouraging children to stay active in a fun and engaging way. At StretchLab, Madison brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their best physical health. She strongly believes in the principles of consistency over intensity, progress over perfection, and mastering the fundamentals of movement. Her approach is rooted in a genuine desire to see people improve their quality of life through stretching, movement, and overall well-being. Madison is looking forward to changing lives, one stretch at a time, and is excited to be part of the StretchLab community.

      Kema’s wellness journey began in 1997 with yoga, first for mental and emotional balance, and soon, for physical well-being too. She completed her RYT 200 in 2010 and began teaching at the YMCA, later adding barre and Silver Sneakers to support senior wellness. A summer in Scotland sparked her interest in Occupational Therapy, leading her to shift careers and become a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. After relocating from Florida to the West Coast with her husband, Kema worked as a Wellness Coach and Life Enrichment Director. Now in North Bend, she’s excited to make a positive impact at StretchLab. She holds degrees in Literature, History, and Library Science, with credentials as an RYT 200-E/YACEP, COTA, and ACE-certified personal trainer. Kema is excited to be part of the StretchLab Team, where she can bring her passion for holistic health, movement, and mobility to a community-focused setting, making a meaningful impact in others' lives. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and forest walks, with a passion for family and travel.

      Deanna is a dedicated and knowledgeable Flexologist at StretchLab, committed to helping clients improve their mobility and achieve their wellness goals. With a strong background as a certified yoga teacher, Deanna brings a deep understanding of anatomy and the mind-body connection to her role. She is dedicated to lifelong learning, constantly expanding her knowledge through workshops and by following the work of renowned teachers and peers Her background in physical fitness and yoga has fueled a strong foundation in the principles of body alignment, flexibility, and strength. As a yoga instructor, Deanna has honed her ability to guide others with precision and care, and she applies these skills to provide tailored, effective stretching sessions at StretchLab. Her approach is rooted in compassion, clear communication, and a genuine desire to empower others to move more freely and feel their best. Outside the studio, Deanna is focused on deepening her yoga practice, exploring both traditional and modern teachings. When she’s not on the mat, you can find her playing guitar, enjoying live music, or spending time in nature with friends and family, embracing the joy and inspiration found in life’s simple pleasures.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
