I’ve gone to StretchLab once a week for the past 5 weeks. I have multiple issues with my back and neck. I am so thankful to have the help that StretchLab has given me to help me feel human again. I will continue to go because I can’t wait to see what other opportunities I can gain by going.

I do CrossFit and yoga regularly, but I have trouble with chronically tight hamstrings and hip flexors. Sarah did a fantastic job of stretching me out. She listened carefully and adjusted the depth of the stretching accordingly. The stretches were things that I could not have done on my own. They were performed safely and the facility itself was extremely clean. Cannot say enough positive things about the experience!

I love coming to StretchLab every week! My flexibility has improved incredibly since coming here. As a competitive dancer, I have noticed better results in my dancing as well! All of the staff members are very supportive and professional. I cannot wait for my visit next week!

The missing piece of the fitness puzzle! This place is amazing. Adding in stretching will help break any plateaus in the gym and help eliminate aches and pains we deal with from sitting at desks or overtraining muscles. Stretching has helped me move better and feel my best. If you're looking for friendly, professional staff and to feel a difference in your body, this is your place!

This has been life changing for me, I honestly feel 10x better every time I come out of there. It's amazing what good, concentrated stretching will do for you. Ask for Paris, she is awesome.

I am so exited to have found StretchLab. I'm an older tennis player with knee issues. The results I've had not only on the tennis court but being able to feel great after my matches and walk without pain is amazing! The Flexologists ask about your specific issues and customize a one-on-one stretch session just for you. I’ve increased the number of matches I can play a week as well. StretchLab is a game changer for me!

I was very skeptical of trying this. But, the experience and results were great. Helps my golf game!

I have suffered from multiple injuries to my back, hip, knees. I often felt tight, and even pain pretty regularly. I work out consistently, but sadly, stretching was something I never committed to. Until now. StretchLab has made such a difference. My chronic hip pain and tightness has disappeared thanks to Jesse Ruiz and our consistent stretching practice. I highly recommend adding a regular stretch to your fitness regime.

Love love love this place. I was willing to start coming to prevent injuries after playing several years of volleyball. I've increased my flexibility, range of motion and have prevented any further injuries. the staff is amazing, extremely knowledgeable, professional and always willing to assist to meet my goals. Highly recommend. I'm an athlete and naturally tight. My first session was borderline "spiritual". I'll be back many times. Already signed up for the membership and for me, it's equally important and as valuable as any gym membership I have. SO GOOD!!
