      Lead Flexologist
      Gustavo Calderon, a Physical Therapy graduate from Chile, relocated to the Tri-Cities in 2018. With a strong foundation in college track and field, Gustavo's initial passion for running has since expanded from marathons to challenging ultra-trail races. Over the past few years, he has focused on coaching runners and specializing in running gait analysis to help individuals enhance their form and prevent injuries. Outside of his professional life, Gustavo is an avid competitor in ultra-trail events, enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, and manages a small farm with chickens and sheep. He values StretchLab's approach, noting, “What I appreciate most about StretchLab is how we use the science of stretching to help people feel and move better.”

      Melissa graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Education, but her life took a transformative turn in 2010 when she lost 80 pounds in just nine months. Inspired by her journey, she switched careers to become a personal trainer and nutritionist. At StretchLab, Melissa is passionate about helping others achieve their health and happiness. She is a proud mother of five grown children and a grandmother of two. Believing that health is a lifestyle, she emphasizes the importance of consistency and small daily steps to create lasting habits.

      Grace’s journey in fitness began as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader, igniting her passion for the industry. She holds multiple certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is currently advancing her studies in corrective exercise. Grace is dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals with enthusiasm and expertise.

      Angela is a Tri-Cities native, her love for bodywork started in high school when she took a Sports Medicine class. She became a Massage Therapist in 2019 and very much enjoys her work. She’s joining us at Stretch Lab on the weekends for a change of pace and to further her skills as a bodyworker.

      Kelsey recently earned her Master’s of Science in Athletic Training from Whitworth University. Throughout her studies, she gained extensive hands-on experience through a diverse range of clinical rotations, including high school athletics, pediatric physical therapy, and collegiate sports. Kelsey is currently serving as the athletic trainer at Southridge High School, where she combines her expertise and passion for helping athletes stay healthy and perform at their best. Outside of her professional life, Kelsey enjoys reading, painting, and playing volleyball.

      Karen is a NASM-certified trainer and nutrition coach dedicated to helping clients achieve lasting transformation and embrace healthier lifestyles. She creates a supportive and motivating environment where individuals feel empowered to reach their goals. Outside of her coaching and stretching sessions, Karen is an avid runner, training for ultra-marathons. The structure and sense of accomplishment she gains from these races fuel her passion for both fitness and personal growth.

      Ben is a proud native of the Tri Cities and has been deeply involved in health and fitness since 2016. As a personal trainer, he specializes in corrective exercise, helping clients improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Since 2020, Ben has also served in the Army, which reflects his commitment to discipline and service. When he’s not working, you can find him working on cars, playing video games, or enjoying time with animals.

      Marcus is a skilled personal trainer with a strong foundation in Clinical Physical Therapy, bringing a unique blend of expertise to his work. Half Taiwanese and fluent in Mandarin, Marcus has a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, shaped by his extensive travels around the world. He is thrilled to join StretchLab and is eager to connect with members, helping them achieve their wellness goals through personalized care and effective techniques.

      Lexi is a longtime yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa and body-positive movement. She has a deep passion for mobility and wellness. At StretchLab, Lexi loves helping people move freely and feel their best. "Seeing clients experience instant relief and those “aha!” moments is incredibly rewarding. I personalize each stretch to improve mobility and overall well-being." Outside of StretchLab, Lexi is a boy mom, yoga teacher, and creative soul. She loves singing, dancing, and photography, and even hosts the Forward Flow podcast on yoga, mindfulness, and personal growth.

      Martha holds a bachelor’s degree in Health, Wellness, and Fitness and brings valuable experience as a personal trainer. Originally from Colorado, she recently made the move to Washington and is excited to be part of the StretchLab team. Martha is passionate about connecting with clients one-on-one, helping them achieve their goals, and enhancing their overall well-being through personalized care and guidance.

      Alex has always been passionate about health and wellness, and he finds it incredibly rewarding to help people improve their quality of life through assisted stretching. As a certified personal trainer, a competitive runner, and a men’s physique competitor, Alex understands the importance of mobility, flexibility, and overall body maintenance. At StretchLab, he loves working with members from all backgrounds, many of whom are dealing with mobility limitations or chronic pain. Helping clients strengthen weak areas and feel better after a great stretch is what drives him every day. When he’s not at StretchLab, you can find Alex playing pickleball, going on long runs, or fly fishing. A fun fact about him—he’s a former submarine veteran and is about to embark on a new adventure: marriage!       With a lifelong passion for movement and a degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University, Leo brings both education and energy to every stretch session. As a lifelong athlete, he found that working one-on-one with clients at StretchLab offers the perfect blend of personalized care and community connection. “What I love most about being a Flexologist is seeing people leave the studio feeling better—there’s real satisfaction in knowing I’ve helped someone move more freely,” he says. One of the most common issues Leo sees in the studio is tight hips, and he focuses on that area to help clients experience real relief. “It’s amazing what a few targeted PNF stretches can do to help people go deeper and feel better,” he adds. When not at StretchLab, Leo also works at a dialysis clinic, plays soccer with friends, and has recently discovered a new creative outlet: jewelry making. “I’m just getting started, but I’m loving it!” And one fun fact is clients are often surprised to learn? Leo is a twin—just three minutes younger than his sister!

      As a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and founder of Yogi Love, I’ve always been passionate about movement, wellness, and helping others feel their best. At StretchLab, I love that I get to work one-on-one with clients to improve their mobility, reduce tightness and empower them to take charge of their health through personalized stretches and at-home tips. Outside the studio, you’ll find me lifting weights, running, taking Starcycle classes, or walking my pup, Bentley. I’m also a fan of dark romance novels, good tea, and reggae music—especially Bob Marley and his sons. My go-to stretch? Pigeon Pose and a Forward Fold—every time! I’m proud to be part of this amazing StretchLab community and grateful for the chance to support others on their wellness journey.

      With a strong foundation in personal training and athletic coaching, Spencer brings a dynamic, movement-focused approach to every session. A lifelong athlete, he was a four-year varsity competitor in multiple sports and began leading speed and mobility camps in Oregon after earning a personal training certification in high school. Driven by a passion for helping others move better, Spencer found StretchLab to be the perfect place to blend science, movement, and care. “StretchLab offers such a unique way to connect people with their bodies. Developing that mind-muscle connection is key to long-term health,” At the studio, Spencer is known for turning clients into “half bananas” to target those stubborn back muscles—a common complaint among guests. One of his most memorable moments was helping a well-known motorcycle racer return to riding at age 65. “It was surreal. I grew up watching him race, and now I get to help him keep doing what he loves.” Outside the studio, Spencer lives life full throttle—literally—riding motorcycles in the desert any chance he gets. A lifelong martial artist, Spencer earned a black belt in Shaolin Kempo at just 15 and continues to study various styles.
