      Andrea brings two decades of experience and an extensive skill set in the health & fitness industry. With 3 CPT certifications, experience as a NASM academic educator, and Master Flex training through StretchLab she has a wealth of knowledge that she loves to share with her clients and team. Her experience includes time as a Regional Fitness Manager at a large box club, a College Instructor for Fitness & Health training, a Master Trainer with Barre Above, and certifications in several other programs such as Les Mills, Cardio Yoga, and Schwinn Cycle. She specializes in working with unique populations and has a genuine passion for helping people. She is a true collector of fitness knowledge & fun! Andrea's adventurous spirit has led her all over the US including Florida, Washington, Colorado, and most recently Tulsa, OK. She loves being outdoors, connecting with nature, and traveling - especially anywhere with snow or beaches where she can be active and bring her 2 dogs!

      Jessi teaches Restorative Yoga and has been a dedicated member of our team at both Tulsa locations since the very beginning. She has a huge heart and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals. Jessi believes that you are never too old to start new, healthier habits, and she encourages others to become the best versions of themselves, reminding them that each day is another opportunity for growth. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, learning new balancing tricks, riding her bike, hiking, and attending concerts.       Originally from Florida, Nick has always loved going to the beach and being outdoors. He started playing football when my family moved to Tulsa in 2010 and hasn't stopped since! His passion for health and fitness came from the coaches that guided him while he played at Union. In 2021, Nick completed his Bachelors in Health and Human Performance from NSU. When he came across StretchLab, he felt it was the perfect place for him to help others improve their health. He believes in educating on the importance of daily stretching - and practices what he preaches! Outside of StretchLab, Nick works as a personal trainer. He particularly enjoys training youth athletes in speed and agility. He's also very competitive and enjoys playing video games, participating in recreational sports, and going on adventures with his dog.

      With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. His background as a Physical Therapy Assistant gives him a deep understanding of how movement, flexibility, and overall physical health impact your quality of life. His experiences have given him an appreciation of human anatomy and the intricacies of physical recovery. Brian's vast experience and knowledge, paired with a passion for helping people feel better and move better, make him an integral part of the team. His kind spirit and eagerness to listen exemplify his belief that everyone deserves to feel their best. You'll be hard-pressed to find a question about stretching or mobility that he can't answer - and if you do manage to stump him, he's always happy to research until he finds your answer! He likes to say, "Every day, I stretch my comfort zone a little further."

      David is a Tulsa native who loves learning and being able to help others. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and has been part of the StretchLab Tulsa team for over 3 years. We've enjoyed watching him and his skills grow as he learns new ways to help promote and build a healthy lifestyle. David takes his health seriously and sees physical fitness as a healthy outlet. He's always happy to share flexibility, mobility, and wellness tips to help you feel your best too! Outside of work he enjoys baking and his Oreo brownies are a particular specialty. He looks forward to helping people achieve their goals and sharing his knowledge to help our community find their healthiest and happiest self.

      Jeff has been a massage therapist since 2003 and received his Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2009. He has worked in the Tulsa area since 2010 focusing on a variety of issues such as pain, stress, and gastrointestinal complaints. Having a diverse background gives him a unique approach to stretching and pain relief. When he's not stretching or providing acupuncture/dry needling, he spends his time with his Corgi and Great Pyrenees on his permaculture homestead growing food and working on a variety of projects. In 2012 he built his tiny home and enjoys lifting weights, reading, and studying nature on his property nestled on the Arkansas River in Coweta.

      Lindsay began her career as a high school English, PE, and swim teacher before fully transferring to health and wellness. She began her journey in the wellness industry in 2015 when she started teaching group yoga classes, wellness events, and continuing education workshops. She also has training in bodywork, somatic movement, and trauma-informed yoga. Lindsay's background informs her approach at StretchLab and allows her to focus on both physical and energetic imbalances in the clients she works with. She believes wellness is a holistic integration of the body, mind, and spirit and continues contributing to mental health and wellness initiatives as a writer and subject matter consultant. Lindsay has developed mindfulness, meditation, and movement-based curriculum used in schools nationwide to support the health of both teachers and students. Lindsay is passionate about fostering a culture of mental, physical, and emotional well-being in her community and finds great fulfillment in helping others live fully and pursue what they love.

      Amy's fun-loving personality paired with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness space guarantees a wonderful experience for anyone who hops on the bench with her. Amy got her Masters of Kinesiology from NSU in 2005 and hasn't stopped learning new skills to help others feel their best since. As someone who has had multiple surgeries, she understands the importance of recovery and regaining quality of life after injury or illness. When she found StretchLab, she knew it would be a great place to continue helping others live and move their best. Amy has coached basketball and softball, organized corporate wellness challenges, and managed group exercise facilities before joining the StretchLab team. Now, whether you're an athlete or just seeking a better, more functional quality of life, Amy's here to help!

      With a strong foundation in sports medicine, personal training, consulting, and coaching, Blair specializes in the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of neuro-musculoskeletal conditions. His approach integrates advanced techniques like spinal and extremity manipulation, assisted PNF stretching, body tempering, self-myofascial release (SMR), and functional corrective exercises. Blair is passionate about helping you recover from and prevent soft tissue and sports injuries, migraines, headaches, TMJ disorders, vertigo, low back pain, osteoarthritis, and more. Whether it’s pre- or post-surgical rehabilitation or addressing chronic issues, he aims to help restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance overall function. Outside of work, Blair enjoys going to the lake and spending quality time with family and friends. He's committed to empowering and educating with the tools, techniques, and the resources needed to achieve your goals and sustain a healthy relationship with movement.

      Mandy started out at the front desk and quickly realized her true passion as a Flexologist. She brings nearly 20 years of experience as a registered nurse to her practice. After earning her Master's degree in 2014, she specialized in hormone therapy and PRP treatments before finding her home at StretchLab. With fitness as a top priority, Mandy remains active through weightlifting and running, embodying a lifestyle of health and wellness. Outside of her work at StretchLab, Mandy enjoys quality time with her three kids and sweet puppy, Daisy. She also finds joy in being active within her church community. Her role at StretchLab allows her to combine her nursing expertise with her enthusiasm for fitness, enabling her to support clients on their wellness journeys with compassion and dedication. Mandy loves helping others feel their best and is committed to making a positive impact in their lives.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
