      After she decided to start her weight loss journey and lost 125 lbs, her transformation led her to become a personal trainer, DNA based nutritionist, and corrective exercise specialist. Shortly after she started as a flexologist here at StretchLab, with her gained knowledge she was about to repair her left rotator cuff without surgery, she found relief from her sciatic nerve damage, and healed the tear in her patella. Yet, experiences a pain-free life after learning how vital stretching is for the body. She looks forward to assisting you in a pain-free life!

      Samuel became a Flexologist because he wanted to explore more areas in the health profession. Coming from an athletic background, he chose Stretch Lab because he finds daily stretching important and wants others to benefit from it. A quote that motivates Samuel is, "Pain is inevitable, but temporary. Grow stronger from the pain, don't let it destroy you."

      Tessa is a dedicated advocate for health and wellness. In addition to having a degree in kinesiology, Tessa is a certified yoga instructor and has a background in collegiate lacrosse and cheerleading! Currently Tessa is in massage therapy school to pursue a further education in health and wellness. Whether she's on the field, in the studio, or working with clients, she brings a collaborative approach and a passion for holistic mind-body wellness. As a Flexologist, she hopes to make meaningful connections with her clients. She is looking forward to partnering with you on your journey towards a healthier, happier life!

      Zach was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He grew up playing many sports and went on to play basketball at Olympic College in Bremerton Washington. Zach’s interest in sports and fitness led him to become a youth basketball coach. Zach has been coaching for the past 10 years! Additionally, he has been a personal trainer for the last 5 years! Zach is looking forward to applying his knowledge and athletic background in a way that directly benefits clients.

      Zev has spent the majority of his life feeling tight, tense, and uncomfortable. It took him most of 20 years to understand why. Now that he has figured it out, his goal is to help others understand their own bodies’ needs. Zev specializes in chronic physical conditions that have their roots in nervous system overwhelm. Come work with him and learn to listen to the messages your body is sending you. “When we learn to listen to our bodies’ whispers we won’t have to listen to its screams”.

      Brian trained as a flexologist and licensed as a clinical massage therapist, Brian is skilled in providing relaxing, careful, yet firm stretches. He specializes in addressing chronic neck and back stiffness and pain, particularly those arising from prolonged periods of sitting, office work, or computer use. In his free time, Brian enjoys exploring the realms of philosophy and the cognitive science of embodiment. He is dedicated to cultivating a more focused mind through meditation and enjoys dancing West Coast Swing, Latin hustle, and reggaeton.

      Caitlin is a Seattle native and grew up practicing Kundalini yoga with her family. After practicing hot yoga for many years in Phoenix, she received her yoga teaching certificate in Costa Rica where her interest in Yin and Restorative movements began to emerge. As her teacher would often say, “All paths eventually lead to restorative yoga.” After being diagnosed with Breast Cancer in her 30’s her interest in body work deepened. She studied Physical Therapy at Olympic College where she broadened her knowledge in anatomy, functional movement, and therapeutic exercise. She believes everyone deserves to feel good in their bodies and is honored to hold space to assist you in achieving just that!

      Cole holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in sports psychology. Previously, he worked as a physical therapy technician, gaining extensive knowledge of anatomy. Cole is passionate about promoting healthy, accessible movement and assisting clients on their unique health journeys. As a flexologist, he strives to help clients achieve their physical goals, maintain progress, and work collaboratively to support long-term wellness.

      Dahlia became interested in health and wellness through her love of dance. She grew up in Seattle, before going to NYU Tisch to earn her BFA in Dance. While at university she became passionate in body mechanics and functional fitness. Leading with empathy, Dahlia enjoys building meaningful relationships with her clients, tailoring each session to their individual needs. When not stretching or dancing, she loves to explore the mountains whether that be hiking in summer or snowboarding in the winter.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
