      Ally is our early bird here at SOMA and is also a San Francisco native. She allocates her time by coaching soccer, stretching at SOMA, and working out. Ally's strengths includes open communication with her clients, growing and building relationships with clients. In her free time (if she has any), she likes to come in to get stretched, go for her hikes, and train. Fun fact, Ally has played semi pro soccer in Argentina for a season.

      Rashika was born and raised in the Bay Area. She received her BS in Kinesiology: Exercise Science from the University of Houston and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Samuel Merritt University. She has a wide range of experiences including but not limited to adaptive athletics, Taekwondo/self-defense, lacrosse, low-income housing wellness workshops, alternative medicine, and pelvic health. Rashika is passionate about injury prevention and helping people reconnect with their body! When she’s not at school or work, you can catch her at group fitness classes!

      Angela was born and raised in San Francisco. She received her B.S. in Health & Exercise Science from the University of the Pacific. She’s had experience volunteering at various physical therapy clinics working with patients of different ages and backgrounds. Her passion is helping others achieve their health and wellness goals to live a healthy and comfortable life! In her free time, she enjoys hiking, watching reruns of Friends, and exploring new ways to stay active.

      Cesar graduated from Joffrey Ballet School in New York City and has worked with several dance and opera companies in the US. As a professional ballet dancer and choreographer he’s amassed great experience in mobility, range of motion and muscular activation. This knowledge and his passion for anatomy and kinesiology allows him to share his knowledge with those that would like to improve their mobility and quality of life.

      Peter is a San Francisco native, who recently returned to college to earn a BS in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from UC Santa Cruz. He has worked as a personal trainer for 8 years and has additional certification as a corrective exercise specialist. He enjoys roller skating and works with a local business, setting up mobile rinks at events around the country.

      Kate is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Group Trainer. She grew up in Southern California, and moved to San Francisco to pursue a Bachelor’s in Nursing and later a Masters in Holistic Health. Kate has a long history in the fitness field; both coaching and personally competing as a track and cross runner for seven years, and later becoming certified to help others achieve their athletic and wellness goals. She is a big believer in the power of proper exercise, nutrition, and recovery for lifelong health, and is excited to be working at StretchLab to help promote holistic health’s importance in athletic performance and overall well-being.

      Kaitlyn was raised in the Bay Area and received her B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Movement Sciences from SFSU. She has experience working at a spine health clinic and is currently pursuing the career path of becoming a sports physical therapist. She grew up as a competitive dancer in styles such as ballet, tahitian, and hip hop. To stay active she currently enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and dancing. In her free time she also likes to go to kpop concerts, thrift, and play pickleball.

      Kimberlee was born and raised in the Bay Area, and received her BS in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from UC Davis. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at UCSF/SFSU. She was a competitive gymnast for several years growing up, which has contributed to her passion for health and wellness. In her (rare) spare time, she enjoys volunteering at physical therapy clinics in underserved communities throughout the city. Her goal is to use her education and experiences in a variety of healthcare settings to promote mobility and better quality of life.

      Cynthia is a Sacramento native and received her BS in Molecular Biology and Minor in Food Studies from UCLA. Currently, she is finishing her last year at UCSF/SFSU's Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. She has extensive experience in rehabbing a variety of populations, with clinical interests in neurological conditions and volunteering at free clinics for underserved communities around the city. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, trying new sports, and finding new overpriced coffees. She is passionate about helping people feel independent, confident, and at home in their bodies.

      Adrian was born and raised in San Francisco. He holds an Associate of Arts degree in Kinesiology from City College of San Francisco and is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree at San Francisco State University. Throughout his life, Adrian has been actively involved in soccer and continues to play at the collegiate level.

      Andrew was born in New York but moved in his teenage years to Sacramento, California. He is a recent transfer studying Kinesiology at San Francisco State University. A former Division 1 track athlete, Andrew shifted focus to injury prevention and exercise science after a major injury ended his competitive career. Outside of academics, Andrew enjoys going on runs, exploring new restaurants, thrifting, and spending time outdoors. As a music enthusiast, Andrew especially loves attending concerts and music festivals. He looks forward to sharing his enthusiasm and expertise on overall health and wellness with everyone who comes into StretchLab.

      Nelwin was born and raised in San Francisco. He graduated from San Francisco State University and received his Bachelors in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in exercise science and movement. Nelwin has the experience of recently working at a physical therapy clinic as a physical therapy aide, where he worked with a handful of patients with a variety of cases. Throughout his life, he has been involved with a variety of sports like basketball, football, and baseball. In his free time, he enjoys weightlifitng, spending time with friends and family, going to festivals, traveling, and trying new food spots around the Bay Area.

      Vanessa was raised in Sacramento and graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelors in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in exercise science and movement, and a minor in athletic training. After a tragic ACL injury while playing soccer, she got interested in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and sports performance. Vanessa enjoys cooking, baking, retail therapy, and trying new food spots. She is a proud plant owner and embraces any sport with her competitive spirit.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
