      Shindara is a registered kinesiologist and recent graduate of the Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology program at Lakehead University. With a strong background in personal training, she has gained valuable experience in stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, and aqua therapy. Her passion for working with diverse populations led her to a rewarding position as a student trainer with the varsity wrestling team, where she honed her skills. Recognizing the significance of sports and exercise as integral parts of a healthy lifestyle, Shindara has also served as a fitness instructor for individuals of all ages. She understands the importance of tailoring programs to meet individual needs and goals. In her pursuit of professional growth, Shindara continually seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and expertise. She appreciates the art of creativity in fitness and seeks to approach fitness holistically. This pursuit has lead to her taking on a certification in PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation). Stretching is such an underrated part of people’s exercise routine but PNF brings a whole new light and appreciation into it.

 Guided by the philosophy of finding joy in every aspect of life, Shindara embraces the quote, "Discard everything that does not spark joy." This mindset motivates her to create meaningful experiences for her clients and contribute positively to their overall well-being. With a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, Samantha combines her deep expertise in fitness applications with her background as an athlete, therapy coach, and Orangetheory Fitness Head Coach to deliver exceptional stretching experiences. At Orangetheory Fitness, Samantha serves as a Senior Head Coach and Educator, overseeing multiple studio locations and driving exceptional results in member satisfaction and community growth. Her passion for education and precision in fitness communication is evident in her ability to quickly analyze educational needs and onboard talent effectively. Prior to her tenure at Orangetheory Fitness, Samantha excelled as an Athletic Therapy Coach at Physiomed, where she honed her skills in pain and injury management, chronic condition management, and athletic performance improvement. Samantha's commitment to excellence has been recognized with several awards, including Head Coach of the Year for the Ontario Region and Active Therapy Coach of the Year at Pickering Physiotherapy Institute. David's journey in sales and customer service began during his tenure as a Personal Trainer at Goodlife Fitness, STRONG Gym, and as a self-employed fitness coach. His ability to understand client needs, pitch solutions effectively, and build lasting relationships resulted in a loyal client base and outstanding results. David's research experience further enriches his skill set, having worked as a Research Practicum Student at the Center for Addiction and Mental Health. He conducted literature reviews, gathered study data, and performed statistical analyses, contributing to publications on topics such as conduct disorder and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Throughout his career, David has demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a knack for problem-solving from unique perspectives.       A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
