      Cairo began her fitness journey in elementary school, where she developed a passion for competitive sports, excelling in both basketball and track. Cairo was a D1 track athlete at Eastern Michigan University, where she earned a degree in Exercise Science. After college, she enlisted in the Army, maintaining peak physical condition throughout her service. In 2021, Cairo became a certified personal trainer, and by 2022, she had also become a certified Flexologist. Elevated to the role of Master Flexologist in June 2023, she now trains new Flexologists across Michigan, a responsibility she cherishes deeply. Over the past two years, Cairo has dedicated herself to helping people enhance their flexibility and mobility. Her experience working with diverse body types and disabilities has made her a highly versatile and skilled Flexologist. No matter the challenge, Cairo has a stretch that can help. She looks forward to seeing you in the studio!

      Ayesha is a dedicated and skilled movement specialist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy with a minor in nutrition and psychology. Growing up in a multicultural city of Dubai, she developed a holistic approach to health and wellness. As a certified STOTT Pilates instructor specializing in rehabilitation Pilates, Ayesha has refined and curated her expertise to integrate therapeutic stretching along with mindful movement. You will find her at the studio designing customized stretching programs for clients to enhance flexibility, relieve tension, and support overall functional mobility. Ayesha is committed to empowering clients to reach their physical potential and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

      Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Michigan University and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. With over six years of coaching experience in disciplines like parkour, American Ninja Warrior, and general strength and conditioning, Mike has worked with a diverse range of clients—from youth athletes striving to enhance performance to older adults in physical therapy. Passionate about helping individuals reach their goals, Mike focuses on creating personalized, accessible, and sustainable fitness strategies for every member.

      Lucy is a certified yoga instructor, and has extensive background in dance and golf. She graduated from Aquinas College in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance. During her time at Aquinas, she also played for the golf and dance team there. Her background in athletics as well as her deep understanding in fundamentals of stretching has made her a great addition to the StretchLab team, and can help clients with many different backgrounds to find the best stretching routine for their personal process. Lucy also enjoys being active in the outdoors, music, and spending time with her loved ones.

      Sam is a certified personal trainer that found his passion through his own fitness journey. He realized that fitness is more than just a number on a scale, but more about a feeling of well-being and growth. Sam structures a lot of his training around strength, conditioning, and finding muscular imbalances to correct to create a strong foundation. Sam’s main goal is to improve your mobility and functionality through strength training, stretching, and recovery. He also has two sons that he spends most of his time with.

      As a former athlete, Caleb has always been passionate about movement and the human body. Caleb graduated with his undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Science and is currently pursuing a degree in physical therapy from Concordia University Ann Arbor. His education allows him to combine his firsthand experience in sports with a deep understanding of anatomy and rehabilitation. Caleb is dedicated to helping clients achieve their flexibility and wellness goals at StretchLab, bringing both enthusiasm and expertise to every session. His commitment to fostering a positive environment ensures that each individual feels supported on their journey to improved mobility and overall health.

      Lead Flexologist
      Daisha graduated from Michigan State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology and a minor in Health Promotion. She is currently completing her second bachelor's degree in Advanced Medical Imaging Sciences at Boise State University. Throughout her career, Daisha has worked as a personal trainer for competition prep athletes, an AAU travel volleyball coach, and a lifestyle health coach specializing in mental and emotional trauma. She is also an accomplished IFBB Wellness Bodybuilder and a Qualified Olympian, ranking top 13 in the world and top 2 in the United States in 2022. Her passion for helping people from all walks of life achieve their full potential drives her dedication as a Flexologist.

      Karley studied at Eastern Michigan University where she earned her Master of Science in Athletic Training. In addition to being a Flexologist she also practices full time as an Athletic Trainer at a local high school. Karley has years of experience in both the athletic and clinical setting and has worked with many patients across all walks of life. Because of this she understands that each person has their individual needs and requires a personalized plan to help accomplish their own goals. It is Karley’s passion to help each person in their health and wellness journey. She understands the many benefits of stretching and how it can significantly improve your well-being no matter what your goal is.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
