      Nielle has been working, and studying massage therapy and bodywork for 9 years. She's currently on a path to healing and restoring her own body through stretching, exercise, massage, and other modalities that promote homeostasis. StretchLab excited her desire to expand her own physical abilities and the opportunity to teach others to do the same is the best benefit of all as they will be learning from someone who can truly attest to the benefits of the service offered by StretchLab. In her free time, she enjoys napping, playing video games, or reading a book are just a few of the ways she likes to unwind.

      Geo is a Sac State Alum who believes flexibility is the component of fitness that is the most neglected. Having a place that helps people improve their flexibility and get educated on the importance of it, is what drew Geo to StretchLab. His passion for movement made him pursue a degree in Kinesiology and become a personal trainer. With his background, StretchLab was the perfect place to be able to impact people’s lives daily through movement. In his free time, Geo likes to hike, bike, read and take naps. Geo is also challenging himself regularly by doing OCR races, along with training for a full marathon.

      Josh received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and soon after, began pursuing a career in personal training. He chose StretchLab because of the opportunity to make a positive impact and difference in the lives of those around him. Working with such a supportive team who dedicates their time to providing the best support to our clients is another important part of why Josh enjoys being here at Stretchlab. When Josh is not here in the studio you can find him with friends or family working out, watching sports, or on the golf course.

      Joe has a background in fitness and health, holding a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and working as a physical therapy aide. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, playing video games, and engaging in soccer and basketball. He believes that stretching is crucial because it enables people to achieve things they couldn't before, and he's passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. Additionally, his favorite video game character is Donkey Kong, particularly from "Super Mario Strikers," his favorite game.

      Inessa holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Northern Michigan University, where she developed a strong foundation in health and fitness. Passionate about personal well-being, she emphasizes the importance of stretching as a way to relax and release bodily tension. Outside of her professional interests, Inessa enjoys cultivating her garden, finding joy in nurturing plants and watching them grow. She is also an avid participant in local trivia nights, where she loves challenging her knowledge and engaging with the community. A dedicated fan of the Wizarding World, Inessa dreams of visiting the actual Hogwarts castle, not the theme park version. Experiencing the magical elements, such as the moving staircases and enchanted surroundings, would be a dream come true for her, reflecting her long-time admiration for the Harry Potter series.

      As a newly certified personal trainer, CJ's fitness journey sprouted from his love for basketball. During high school, he was introduced to weightlifting and found joy in refining his form and experimenting with various workouts to maintain his fitness. Currently, he's engaged in military physical training to further challenge himself. Outside of fitness, CJ relishes spending quality time with his family, hitting the basketball court, refining his barbering skills, and savoring delicious meals. Stretching holds significant importance to CJ, as it enhances his everyday life and aids in his athletic performance while preventing injuries. Moreover, his admiration for Wukong from League of Legends stems from his upbeat, confident, and witty persona in conquering adversaries.

      Jennifer's interest in fitness began as a child, watching her father lift weights at the gym. During her teenage and young adult years, she worked out regularly but didn’t realize the importance of stretching, which led to frequent injuries. Her recovery experiences in physical therapy sparked a deeper fascination with human movement and mobility. In 2020, Jennifer earned her personal training certification through NASM and continued her education through various courses. She also gained valuable experience working as a physical therapy aide. Currently, she coaches functional strength and conditioning classes, prioritizing proper form, controlled movements, and a strong foundation built on mobility. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys hiking, strength training, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Stretching has significantly improved her performance, helped prevent injuries, and relieved tension. Now, she’s passionate about helping others experience the same benefits, regardless of their lifestyle.

      Jasmine is passionate about fitness, regularly working out and playing tennis to stay in shape and challenge herself. In her downtime, she loves hanging out with her dog, catching basketball games, and immersing herself in the world of Game of Thrones through reading. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Sacramento State (Stingers Up!) and is pursuing a career in physical therapy. Stretching plays a vital role in her routine, helping her relieve tension and pain, which allows her to feel more energized and ready to take on the day. Jasmine believes in the power of recovery and maintaining balance, both physically and mentally. Beyond fitness, Jasmine’s adventurous spirit shines through her desire to explore unique places, and she dreams of visiting the Capitol from The Hunger Games, captivated by its futuristic allure and the thrill of being in such an iconic setting.

      Wendy has been in the health and wellness industry for five years, with a background in personal training, nutrition coaching, and chiropractic care. She enjoys working out, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. Stretching is essential to her active lifestyle, helping her move pain-free, push her limits in training, and maintain a balance between rest and recovery. Her favorite video game characters are Mario and Luigi, as she grew up playing their games the most.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
