      Neelima is certified in level 1 & 2 thai massage, deep tissue massage, and has 560 hours of yoga alliance teacher training in multiple styles of yoga such as power , hot power fusion, and yin. Neelima has been teaching yoga and doing body work for 5+ years. She has developed a passion for helping people in pain and discomfort by applying specific massage techniques supported by her work and in depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Her client centered approach involves working with each client through their unique goals and investigating the root cause of dysfunction and pain. In her free time she enjoys painting, dancing, and practicing yoga.

      Rafael graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. During his studies, he volunteered to help those with different types of disabilities in getting their active lifestyle back. During his free time, he likes to stay active by lifting weights or going for hikes. Rafael stands at over 6 ft tall with a lot of muscle. That said, he's worked with many big & tall clients previously stretching at the El Segundo StretchLab location for over a year. What Rafael enjoys most about StretchLab is getting to know the clients and seeing the improvements they make with each session.

      Ashia obtained an Associate's degree in Natural Sciences from Los Angeles City College and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University Northridge with a focus on Sports Studies. Go Matadors! She has experience in the health industry in special areas like Fitness Instructing and with the geriatric population in Wellness Coaching. She has worked with professional athletes such as WNBA champion Candice Wiggins, a former Los Angeles Sparks player. And has also had regular stretch sessions with Luke Walton 3x NBA Champion of the Los Angeles Lakers. Her charismatic enthusiasm and magnetic energy will make your stretching experience all the more fun as she helps you enjoy the journey to achieving your goals in our studio.

      Chelsey graduated in 2016 from Indiana University with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and for the next 7 years danced professionally in New York City. She recently moved to Los Angeles from NYC to pursue her doctorate in Sports Chiropractic. Professionally at this time she is a student Chiropractor, Flexologist, and Personal Trainer. She has been featured on major platforms like Nike and Popsugar Wellness. In her spare time Chelsey loves to lift, hike and rock climb! She is loving California and is thrilled to be here!

      Kevin graduated from San Diego University with his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Fitness Specialist. Prior to StretchLab Pasadena he most recently worked in San Diego doing PNF stretching and myofascial release. He has worked with athletes of all ages & sizes but being quite tall himself he's especially suited to have the leverage needed for big & tall clients. Kevin is a very active person and loves to play basketball and volleyball in his free time. He enjoys listening to music, thrifting, and spending time with friends. Kevin is excited have a lasting impact on his clients helping them to achieve their goals.

      In 2019 Keith graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with his Bachelor's Degree in Community Health & Wellness. Continuing his education Keith completed his Master's Degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Northridge, Studying throughout the pandemic he had the opportunity to interview professional Cirque du Soleil performers and designed an exercise conditioning program for aerialists. Now after earning his MS in 2021 he has been working as a flexologist for over a year while also teaching and competing as a professional pole dancer. A Chicago land native Keith grew up as a swimmer. Butterfly being his favorite stroke. As an adult Keith was introduced to pole dancing. Instantly loving the art he quickly began teaching and competing in competitions around the U.S. Placing first in many and 2nd in the Pole Sport Organization’s Nationals Championship in 2019. Through his passion for pole dance Keith was eager to learn more about the human body. Practicing movement disciplines such as stretching, handstands, and yoga.

      Quinten is a highly skilled and compassionate fitness expert who has joined the StretchLab team to make a positive impact on people's quality of life and overall well-being. He comes to us with a wealth of experience, having previously worked at the Sacramento location before transferring to the Pasadena location. He holds certifications as a personal trainer, and has an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Complementary and Integrative Medicine. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals and is committed to providing the highest level of service. He is also personable and easy to work with, always striving to help his clients live better. In his spare time, Quinten enjoys watching the Sacramento Kings, listening to music, and learning about new things.

      Nita is an experienced and certified yoga therapist / personal trainer (CIAYT,ERTY500,RPYT,RCYT). While Nita already has extensive yoga training and experience she also has a background as a certified stress management specialist and is pursuing further education in Kinesiology at Cal State Fullerton. Nita enjoys aromatherapy, hiking, martial arts (Kajukenbo / Taiichi), CBD consulting, pranic healing, and guiding others in releasing stress that lives in our body. Her approach looks at total wellness and the mind body connection. She enjoys working at StretchLab is working here is the perfect space to use her skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact on the overall well being of her clients.

In his leisure time, he prioritizes fitness, indulges in culinary delights, and cherishes moments with his girlfriend. His enthusiasm for seeing people evolve and thrive at StretchLab is palpable. Miguel’s personalized approach ensures that each session addresses the unique needs of individuals, promoting a pain-free lifestyle.

      Dani, a compassionate individual who enjoys spreading positivity & kindness to others, recently moved to Los Angeles from Chicago where she first became a certified Flexologist. She holds her BFA in Dance Performance from Northern Illinois University & is also a certified Gravity Yoga instructor. Being a dancer since the early age of three has led her into 10+ years of choreography & teaching experience (specializing in strength training, flexibility, contemporary, improvisation & aerial arts), along with performing professionally for various companies including Aerial Dance Chicago. Dani feeds her soul with fitness-related activities, creative exploration, escape rooms, cafés & taking care of her bunnies ChiChi & Garbanzo; however, competing on season 15 of American Ninja Warrior in March of 2023 is what inspired her journey to SoCal. Being a Flexologist at StretchLab allows Dani to create impactful connections & help others surpass their mobility & wellness goals.

      Miriam graduated from Cal State Northridge with a Bachelor's Degree. in Kinesiology and an emphasis on Applied Fitness and Active Lifestyle Development. She additionally studied Spanish at the Universidad de Granada in Spain. She has multiple years of training experience, working at various fitness facilities, interning as a student trainer and sports performance assistant, and sweating hard as a pace runner at Nike. She teaches career fitness trainer students at AFNA and assists as a strength and conditioning coach for Occidental Women's Rugby. When she's not teaching youth or senior citizen fitness classes for her community recreation center you can find her exploring the outdoors, running, playing tennis, cycling, hiking, traveling and eating good food. Her favorite part about StretchLab is the continuing education. Miriam plans to pursue higher education in Sports Medicine.

      I've been a personal trainer since 2016, helping individuals become stronger, move more effectively, and improve their posture. I hold certifications in personal training and nutrition from NASM and ISSA. In my free time, I enjoy staying active through strength training, boxing, and playing basketball and football with friends. I'm passionate about being part of StretchLab because I get to work with clients one-on-one, helping them improve their posture and flexibility through assisted PNF stretching.

      Natalie is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Group Fitness Instructor (GFI), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Certified Nutritional Coach (CNC) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She also holds certifications from Yoga Alliance, including 200 hours in Power Yoga, 100 hours in Yin Yoga, and 50 hours in Sculpt Yoga, backed by six years of experience, along with a BFA in Professional Photography focused on fitness brands. Natalie thrives on helping individuals achieve their wellness goals by integrating science, breath, and intuition to cultivate a mind-body connection. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, she identifies and addresses muscular imbalances, creating tailored stretches that enhance movement efficiency, improve posture, increase mobility, and minimize injury risk. She prioritizes safety, builds trust through progress, and empowers individuals to feel their best every day. Passionate about the intersection of science and spirituality, she actively teaches and practices yoga, attends wellness events, enjoys Gaia videos, and is currently studying the Stretching and Flexibility Coach (SFC) and Neuromuscular Stretching courses through NASM.

      Kara is certified as a personal trainer and is passionate about helping others reach and maintain their fitness goals. Kara’s bodywork experience includes massage therapy, boxing coaching for children, and competing as an OCB & NPC figure competitor. Due to a strong interest in exercise science and nutrition, Kara is currently studying Plant-Based Culinary Arts. Understanding individual needs and being able to provide both training plans as well as nutrition plans is of the utmost importance to promote physical health. In her free time, Kara enjoys language learning, singing karaoke, and outdoor activities like hiking or snowboarding.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
