    Liz brings over a decade of experience in fitness, nutrition, and mobility education, helping clients move better and feel better in their bodies. With certifications in personal training, women’s fitness, nutrition, and flexibility training, she specializes in improving posture, mobility, and overall body awareness. As the Area Lead Flexologist, she is passionate about helping clients build sustainable movement habits while creating a supportive and educational studio environment where progress feels achievable and motivating. She also leads and mentors the Flexologist team, sharing her love for movement science and continuing education so the team can consistently bring the highest level of value and care to every client session. Liz loves educating clients on the small habits that make a big difference in recovery and performance, especially the importance of staying properly hydrated! Outside the studio, she enjoys staying active, exploring recovery tools and wellness practices, and spending time outdoors with her “dog-ter,” Nova.

    Flexologist

    Kailynne is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology and is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through ExpertRating, while also completing her NASM Personal Training certification. Passionate about both mental and physical well-being, she is dedicated to promoting wellness, healthy living, and personal growth. She loves spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, camping, paddle boarding, or exploring new trails—and she's drawn to all things related to holistic health.

    Flexologist

    Katrina Hunter brings a background in BSN in Nursing, with certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor level II. She is experienced in Somatic Movement, Breath-work and Sound Energy Meditation. She specializes in helping clients enhance their lives through mind-body connection, increase body awareness, energetic realignment, improved strength, stability and flexibility. Passionate about holistic wellness and providing tools to enhance the lives of others. Katrina enjoys traveling abroad, being out in nature, hiking, and gardening when not at StretchLab.

    Sam Bermudez

    Flexologist

    Samuel brings a background in exercise science and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. With experience in personal training, sports performance coaching, and physical therapy observation, he specializes in helping clients improve flexibility, enhance athletic performance, and reduce risk of injury. Samuel is passionate about sports, corrective exercise, and helping people move and feel better in their everyday lives. He enjoys playing soccer, working out, and traveling to hike when not at StretchLab.

    Shalin Thundiyil

    Flexologist

    Shalin Thundiyil, B.S. in Neuroscience, currently pursuing my Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from UTMB, I have a certification as an EMT and experience as a personal trainer. I have worked with a wide variety of people from those looking to relieve pain/tension to weight loss to athletic performance and muscle building. My background has been in athletics and strength and conditioning since high school where I played basketball, powerlifting and golf. My long term goals include starting my own Performance Rehab Clinic and continue to tie neuroscience and the limits of human performance together. Shalin enjoys playing guitar, spending time with his animals, and going to the gym when not at StretchLab.

    Madyson brings a background in human movement and performance with a Master’s in Kinesiology. She has experience in strength and conditioning programming, movement analysis, and recovery techniques. She specializes in helping individuals improve mobility, flexibility, pain relief, and athletic performance. She is passionate about helping others feel and move better day to day by promoting healthy living through a holistic approach. Madyson enjoys spending time with family and friends, in the outdoors, doing crafts, and traveling when not at StretchLab.
