Michael has his certificates in Yin, Ashtanga, and Anatomy Yoga with emphasis on yoga assist through Mysore Yoga internship & apprenticeship. He also currently is working towards his 200 hour Yoga therapy certification and works as a Martial Arts instructor for kids & adults; holding a 2nd degree black belt in Tang Soo Do & a 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo! Michael got into the fitness industry because through personal experience he has seen how stretching and breathing can fix you and better your life; to help, heal & bring relief into someone's life is truly his passion.
